Do not use this yard for ANYTH...

Do not use this yard for ANYTHING!! EVER!!! Well, I wish that I would have researched this place before paying $600 for a transmission. The first transmission was not even the right one, so we managed, after a full week of arguing, to get him to order us another one. Had to wait a week to get it. Guess what? This one simply was bad. Called the shop for another week straight trying to talk to the `manager`. Finally go... view moret a hold of him this morning, he says he won`t deal with us anymore because our warranty has expired when he is responsible for two of those weeks passing. Now I`m out $600 and still need a transmission.

Bad Service, Bad promises

B & B replaced a transmission for me around 8 months ago and forgot to put in several screws. I had to return to have this done after I started leaking a few weeks down the road. They also do not hold to their verbal agreements. After a wreck I had that totalled my car they purchased the car from me and had it hauled to their lot. We had a verbal agreement I would be able to collect all of my items from the car and t... view morehat they would call me to do so. They did not call me and my calls did not go through until about a week later and they told me to come in that morning, but when I arrived about an hour later they had crushed my car. I lost about $600 worth of personal belongings. I do not recommend this yard to anyone.

These people will rip you off I swear he has over 150 lawsuits and the city of Jonesboro still lets him do business he will sell you the total wrong part then not give you your money back, or sell you a bad motor or Transmission or even a fuel pump and refuse to warranty I took him to court and won (he didnt show up) and he still hasnt paid a penny he WILL RIP YOU OFF!
