Contacted Salesman at Thorobred in order to purchase a vehicle. A set amount was placed on my trade and authorized by the sales manager. I took 3 days to make up my mind over the deal, called the owner to accept and he LOWERED my trade value by $2000 ! Sir, as a business when you make a commitment to a customer... you should honor any offer made by your employees !

Hand`s down the worst GM certified service center in the area. After having endless transmission problems, I brought my vehicle in to Thorobred after moving to the East Valley. After three requests and over 4 days I was finally provided a loaner vehicle, while GM`s warranty provides for a loaner after 24 hours. The service team is rude and unprofessional. During the 8 days`s my car was in, I had to contact them to ge... view moret updates. Finally after obtaining loaner car I backed off and figured I`d just wait for a call. After having the transmission serviced two times prior at other dealerships, I was provided no explanation of what service was done or what the cause of the problem was. I was basically handed some paperwork in mechanic codes and told to have a fantastic day. To top things off, the didn`t change my oil, per my request and the receptionist insisted it was my fault because I didn`t babysit the service consultant when he entered the service order. That would have been $150 out of my pocket for a new oil filter and synthetic oil, guess I`ll give my $150 to some one else. But that`s not the end. they lost my keys and after about 10 minutes of trying to find someone or my keys I got paged to the service department. Ten minutes prior to that I was denied to speak to a service consultant because everyone was going home, yet they were all sitting around chatting. BUT WAIT.... that`s not it!!!! At this point I`m fuming, I get in my car and ALL four tires are severely under-inflated. The psi was at 28 and lower, when they should be at 34-38. And it doesn`t take a rocket scientist to figure this out, my car chimed and the hazard sign in the car came on, you can`t miss it. Not only do they not care about the product they service, the could care less about the customers satisfaction or safety. If you insist on purchasing a GM product (I never will again), please visit other dealers in the Valley, because you will waste your time, money, and warranty with this unprofessional dealership.

Thorobred Chevrolet after I had been in a collision. There was damage done to the side of my vehicle and was a little worried as to how well it good look after being fixed. A writer by the name of Scott Johnston was such a great help. He was on top of his game, knew exactly what he was talking about and took really good care of me. When I got to Thorobred to pick up my car, I was amazed by how great the car looked. I couldn`t even tell it had ever been in a car accident. I even had a very specific silver/purple/metalic color that I thought would be difficult to match but they did an excellent job matching the color. This was my first experience at Thorobred Chevrolet`s Body Shop. And hopefully I never get in a car accident again, but if I ever do I know where I will be bringing my car. One of my friends was recently in a wreck and I told him about my experience at Thorobred and so he ended up taking his car there, after he had priced out other Body Shops in the valley and they were by far the fairest priced for repair cost, and he was also very happy with his experience there. After having great customer service there and hearing how happy my friend was with the results with his truck, it inclined me to write an excellent review for Thorobred Chevrolet, they deserved it.

I have always serviced my Chevy Colorado at Thorobred Chevrolet. My truck is an 07` and I was having problems with my ignition switch. I took in my truck today to have it looked at and see what was needed to get fixed. Brian Spriggs a Service writer took care of me; what a nice guy. My brother and I went in to Thorobred Chevrolet to look at there used cars. We already had been looking around at other dealers but they were not willing to work with us on pricing. Once we arrived at Thorobred Chevrolet it was a breath of fresh air. The used car sales man was so nice, showing us all they car that were in our budget. Once we found the car that we liked, we went in to sit down and talk numbers. My bro... view morether was firm on his offer since we were purchasing the car with cash. The sales man went and talked it over with his manger and after only a few minutes he returned and shook my brothers hand and said you have a deal. And just like that he signed papers, there were no extra "hidden" fees, like other places sometimes like to do, and we were out the door in his new Chevrolet. I would highly recommend Thorobred Chevrolet, they were really nice and an overall great experience. PS. They have the BEST popcorn machine!!
