I took my 2012 Chevy Camaro to airpark tint to have my windows tinted. They did a great job the new owner Bryan was very helpful and made the decision easy for me. I would recommend anyone who needs window tint to use them.

I recently took my car to Airpark tint to have my windows tinted because they offered 3M products. The Tint job was ok, I still have air bubbles (hoping they will clear out). When I picked my car up the back seat had shoe marks on the leather and there was a sticky residue on my doors where the windows are. Overall, I would not come back to Airpark.

The other day I took my car to Airpark Tint to have them look at the vehicle and give me price. I was dealing with the owner, Bryan. My first impression of Bryan was not a good one. He had an arrogant attitude and the way he talked to other customers at his business was appalling. I overheard Bryan tell one woman to, "Chill the F*** out" in front of her children. While I was at Airpark Tint to g... view moreet a quote I witnessed three other people voicing their complaints to the owner and Bryan handling each one in the most unprofessional way. After witnessing such awful behavior from Bryan I decided to have my windows tinted by a business that values honesty and professionalism, two traits that Airpark Tint and Bryan both lack. The prices Bryan quoted me at were also much higher compared to other window tinting businesses I went to check out. Airpark Tint offers high prices, poor customer service, and rudeness. I would not recommend Airpark Tint to anyone considering having their windows tinted there.

Poor quality of work and poor customer service
I have used Airpark Tint, prior to the change in ownership, to install tint on two previous vehicles with excellent results. However, given the new ownership, would strongly recommend AGAINST using Airpark Tint for any service.

Airpark Tint was hired in July 2010 to tint my vehicle. The vehicle was returned without being properly cleaned, liquid residue was left on the dash and center console of the vehicle. ... view moreAfter the completion of service the vehicle was allowed ample time for the drying of the tint, care was taken not to roll up or down any of the windows of the vehicle during the recommended drying time. After 15 days the vehicle was inspected and all of windows showed issues of installer error. ALL windows had either bubbles or cuts easily visible to the eye. After some discussion the owner reluctantly agreed to re-tint the entire vehicle. Two days after the car was re-tinted, the rear passenger window was not working. the vehicle was taken to the dealer, who reported the window was jamming due to the window molding being folded in during the tint installation (improper technique). Then, it was noticed that the rear window brake light had multiple scratch marks in the plastic cover. The cuts were consistent with a vertical scraping motion against the window. by this time, the re-tinted windows were again beginning to have issues. The owners were extremely rude and not willing to pay for the damage to the brake light. I would definitely advise AGAINST using Airpark tint for ANY services; their services exhibit poor quality and in addition, they are unprofessional and rude in their interactions. I regret having taken my new car here.
