Large repaired area GREAT!

I chose this shop based upon the reviews on this site. The BIG repair was done with no problem. The detail work, which was minor, did cause a problem. They resolved the issue but not in a professional manner. They repaired the problem like I would at home: ""I guess this will have to do."" A repair shop should never repair someone`s car in a less than professional manner. If something was done incorrectly or not... view more to manufacturer specifications, the solution is to redo the repair and correct any problems that the incorrect repair caused.

I have a current issue that I would love to take back to Red Bazzell but lacking an ability to notice the small details when repairing a vehicle leads me to finding someone else.

Mr. Bazzell and his staff are very nice. The large repair that required no small detail work was done to perfection. The side items were done to perfection but the little repair that mainly required the person to look at what they were doing and to use the correct repair items was not done to perfection.

I would recommend this shop if you have been in a major collision and you just want your car back to normal. If your car is pretty okay and you have just some minor repairs, I would not recommend this shop.

Great Place

I had not had my new car a year yet and the accident happened :( In my mind my car would never be the same. And as a single female, I feared a ""rip off"". I choose Red Bazzell & Son and so glad I did!

Great Auto Body Shop in Montgomery

My first review, but I had to praise these guys.

My 17 year old son tried to use his Honda Civic as a four-wheel-drive vehicle across a ditch. Other body shops claimed over $400 just to get the vehicle on the frame machine and unknown $ after that. Red Bazzell gave me a $230 total estimate and had the car done in one day.
