gorgeous 1970 Dodge Challenger RT convertible with 440 magnum. This car had an extremely detailed rotisserie restoration completed in 2003, and only driven less than 2200 miles since then. As you can see the exterior paint is the highly desirable Plum Crazy, which makes this snazzy convertible a real head turner! The engine that this car left the factory with....according to the factory original broadcast sheet, was a 383CID V8. It now has a 1970 correct date coded, freshly rebuilt with all new parts, 440CID magnum V8 with 425 horse power (albeit not original to “this” car) The automatic transmission is original to the car, as is the factory air conditioning, power steering, power brakes and power windows! The car comes with a near perfect condition original factory broadcast sheet (build sheet). This car is 100% correct…… Right down to the tire pressure decal in the door jam, and the correct stickers and labels in the engine compartment. Everything works as it should… And the AC is ice cold too! The factory power windows all work perfectly as does the power convertible top. The car Runs and drives great and it’s a blast to get behind the wheel of this classic!

We were definitely rock stars at the 20th edition of the Dream Cruise.
The yell came from somewhere in the crowd: "Hey Hellcat, push it!" We obliged with a jab of the throttle, and the 707 horses of the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat roared to life. It went on like this. All weekend. It's one thing to attend the Woodward Dream Cruise, it's quite another to star in it.
Mopar '13 Dart priced from $25,485*
Wed, 12 Jun 2013For the past few years, Chrysler's Mopar in-house tuning division has created its own one-off versions of several cars in the automaker's portfolio, including the Mopar '10 Challenger, Mopar '11 Charger and Mopar '12 300. For 2013, the black-and-blue up-do has been given to the new Dart compact, and Chrysler has announced that the limited-edition sedan is now available for order, priced from $25,485, not including *$995 for destination.
Like previous Mopar edition vehicles, the Dart is painted in a signature Pitch Black exterior with an offset blue racing stripe. The sedan sits seven millimeters lower to the ground and gets visual add-ons like a chin spoiler, decklid spoiler and rear diffuser, along with gloss black 18-inch alloy wheels.
Performance wise, the Dart's 1.4-liter MultiAir inline four-cylinder engine remains, producing 160 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque, mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The Mopar car gets a sport-tuned exhaust system along with revised power steering calibration and beefier brakes.

Fri, 24 Oct 2014We all knew That Kid. As a freshman, he was a big kid, overweight but surprisingly strong. Still, he was often picked on for his size. Then, he chatted with the football coach, who convinced him that his true calling was on the team's offensive line. After a season on the freshman squad and a summer of two-a-days, this mild-mannered, husky high schooler returned for his sophomore year as a big, imposing, solid piece of muscle. Needless to say, the same bullies that picked on him were praying he'd forgotten about them as a 10th grader.
That's the V8-powered 2015 Dodge Challenger. It arrived on the scene with a max of 425 horsepower and a bit of a weight problem. It completed its proverbial freshman year with a nice 2011 refresh, where the SRT8 was bumped up to 470 hp, but it still had some work to do.
Enter 2015, and fresh off three months of constant burpees and wind sprints, the newest Challenger is as big and powerful as it's ever been, but it's now got poise and potential, and my goodness, it's fun in a way that Dodge's muscle car has never been.
