This is a very nice TR-6. Not a show car but a very nice example. This car is rust free. The door seems and rockers are excellent. The rockers are  original and also excellent on the inside. The door jams are excellent

The chassis and undercarriage is also excellent original. No rust or rot to speak of. The trunk area is also very good. This car sat on jack stands for the last 15 years. The car started on the 4th try with NO starting fluid required. The dealer installed air conditioning blows cold.

The paint shows very nice. An older paint job with a couple of minor scratches.. You must look hard to see. The car was repainted once. There is some fish eye in the paint that might wet sand out. You must look close to see. The paint has a very nice finish.

The car is fitted with a top of the line luggage rack in excellent condition.

The interior is very good. The dashboard wood does not have cracks. The upper and lower dash pads are perfect. The door panels are very good. There is one seem separation on the drivers side lower cushion. The stuffing in the seats are very good. The rugs are fair and presentable. The top has had a repair on the passenger side. It looks descent and acceptable. The back glass shows clear. The car has a tonnaue cover in very good condition.

The car runs and shifts very smoothly. The car just went through an extensive brake job.

If you are looking for a show car this is not your car. If you are looking for rust free car that has not been molested,  that you would be proud to drive anywhere, this is that car.

Please call 716-432-3596 if you have any questions. The car is being sold "as is". A five hundred dollar deposit by cashiers check or money order is due within 72 hours. Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Sun, 21 Sep 2014

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
