1971 Triumph Tr6 on 2040-cars

 I bought this car from ebay member lydmcd also know as John McDonald of Auto Consultants at 4422 River St. in Willoughby, Oh.  44094 .  He is a licensed car dealer in the state of OHIO.  This car was purchased off E-Bay site in SEPT. of 2012.  Prior to the close of this auction I was very explicit in asking John about the overall condition of this car.  I emailed him through E-BAY and asked him if the front and rear fenders were solid and clean metal.  He responded telling me the car came from Florida and yes they were clean and RUST FREE.  After further discussion about the mechanics and how it ran and drove I felt O.K. to BID on his car.  I was high bidder on this no reserve auction.  I purchased the vehicle for $9000.00 plus the shipping. Upon receiving this car from him and before it came off the car hauler I new I was in trouble.  We examined the vehicle which turned out to be a fair to good overall cond.  The  seller provided me with expenses of over $9000.00 that a prior owner spent on the car.  This car runs like a clock and shifts fine.  The only problem is that instead of telling me the truth about the question I asked about the car's fenders he down right lied and actually created a fraudulent situation.  The fenders were clean and RUST FREE because they were  FIBERGLASS.  The door's ,hood and trunk lid are metal.  Please look at the pic's of this car and if there are any further questions please call or E-MAIL .  Ph. 269-416-0020  . NO.  on the door plate is correct.  The STATE of MICHIGAN put a (5) in the vin. instead of the no.(6)  the Vin is CC64817L0 on the TITLE.  I will go to the licensing bureau on Monday and have them correct their mistake  and issue a correct TITLE with the VIN. NO. CC64817L0.  I'm sorry for the mistake but glade someone noticed this and informed me of the incorrect VIN.  Thank You Richard
