1971 Triumph TR6 beautiful condition. Collector status, very reliable and fun to drive. This is a correct 1971 triumph with the extra tail light reflectors. This is a NON OVERDRIVE car although the badge in the picture shows it is. (I apologize for that) I purchased the car with this already in place. The car was repainted by the previous owner, as the original paint was jasmine yellow. It has a strong running engine, with no issues, as I wanted the car to be dependable. I have done preventative maintenance to ensure that. The chrome shows her patina age
Since I have owned the car, there has been no accidents, and I only drive it on sunny days, and stored in a heated garage during the winter. Has never seen rain.

Various upgrades including front spoiler, electronic ignition and coil, synthetic oil, electric cooling fan, heat shield. All half shafts and u joints replaced, Clutch slave, brake reservoir, emergency bonnet cable(if the original cable breaks, you can still open the bonnet from inside the car)  cockpit cover, restored dash, powder coated rims along with redline tyres. Frame is in good shape. Detail engine compartment. I am maticulas about regular maintenance. It is very reliable and has not left me stranded. The is a nice car and shows well. This is not a concourse car just to be clear. There is a small bubble in the paint on the trunk, (not really noticeable) The gas gauge reads 1/2 full all the time but I know how much gas in there/ same as a motor cycle. I fill it up after every long trip. Little rust by the tail pipe section, has been there since I purchased it in 2006, and hasn't gotten worse. This is a great car you can drive immediately and slowing refurbish parts, as you go along.  I have enjoyed the car and switching gears in life, and would like to see her go to another British enthusiast, or someone who can enjoy an entry level collector car . Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!

.The car is listed locally, I reserve the right to terminate the add, if the car sells locally. United States or oversees buyers are totally responsible for arranging shipping. I will help the buyer in anyway I can. The purchaser must contact myself following the end of the auction to arrange shipping/ cross boarder(s).

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Sun, 21 Sep 2014

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
