Hello everyone, Up for sale is my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT. NO ACCIDENTS. CLEAN TITLE. 2 OWNER. Car is in outstanding shape. AWD, 4 cylinder, and TURBO. THIS LEGACY JUST GOT THE TIMING BELT SERVICED, MEANING TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP, TENSIONER, AND ALL THE PULLEYS. BOTH SERPENTINE BELTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED. Parts with labor will cost you more than $1000 if you were to get it done. ALL PARTS ARE OEM AND HIGH QUALITY, NOT JUNK. I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS TO BACK IT UP! THE BANJO BOLT WITH THE FILTER FOR THE TURBO HAS BEEN REPLACED, SO NOW YOUR TURBOCHARGER IS SAFE.The most important maintenance is already DONE !!!!!!! I RUN THIS CAR ONLY ON MOBIL 1 Extended Performance 5W30 Synthetic Oil AND NOTHING BUT SUNOCO 93 fuel. I recently installed a new battery in it. This car is clean from top to bottom. The undercarriage is very clean and NO RUST. If needed, I can arrange a lift so buyer can inspect and see what I am talking about. Transmission shifts super smooth. Car is surprisingly fast. IIHS says these are the safest cars of 2013
Wed, 02 Jan 2013The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has revealed its annual list of Top Safety Picks, an award that highlights automobiles it says offer "superior crash protection." A new and still more significant award, the Top Safety Pick+ honor, is given to those vehicles that earn good ratings for occupant protection in four out of five areas of measure. And while some 117 vehicles were given the TSP seal of approval for 2013, just 13 passed muster for TSP+.
To be fair, IIHS only evaluated 29 vehicles with its new testing procedures for TSP+ (we'd expect that the number of qualified cars will rise substantially for 2014). Luxury and Near Luxury midsize cars were the first groups evaluated, followed by midsizers in the Moderately Priced Cars category - unsurprisingly, it's only midsize cars that you'll find among the class this year.
Only two luxury sedans made the list of 13 for 2013: the Acura TL and Volvo S60. The other 11 cars on the list included entries from domestic, Japanese and German car makers: Dodge Avenger, Chrysler 200, Ford Fusion, Honda Accord (sedan and coupe), Kia Optima (but not its close kin, the Hyundai Sonata, strangely), Nissan Altima, Subaru Legacy and Outback, Suzuki Kizashi and the Volkswagen Passat all made the grade.

Subaru unveils catchily named WRX STI tS Type RA in Japan
Tue, 02 Jul 2013We feel safe in saying it's time for Subaru to step away from the keyboard for a spell. The company just unveiled this new WRX STI tS Type RA in Japan, and while the car features all sorts of tricks to help it stand out from the rest of the WRX rabble, it also boasts a name that looks like the product of a good old fashioned QWERTY Hulk smash. Nomenclature aside, this WRX STI features a revised suspension with tweaked springs and dampers as well as a faster steering ratio, Brembo brakes and a front strut tower brace.
JDM buyers can pick between the ever-sexy (if loud) Tangerine Orange Pearl paint seen here, Satin White Pearl or Blue Mica. There's also available NBR Challenge Package, complete with a set of Recaro front seats, a few carbon fiber aero bits and 18-inch BBS forged wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE070 rubber. How's that for delicious?
Subaru is only planning to crank out 300 WRX STI tS Type RA units, two-thirds of which will carry the NBR goodies.
