Up for Auction is my 2002 Pontiac Trans AM WS6 SHOW CAR with 16,800 original miles. This is a one owner Trans Am in PRISTINE showroom condition.

Color is Bright Red with Black Leather Interior, 5.7L, Automatic, Ram Air , WS6 Appearance & Handling Package, T-Tops, Traction Control, Rear Performance axle 3.23 gears, CD, PW,PL,ABS,A/C, Dual Power Seats with adjustable side bolsters and lumbar support. 35% tint on rear glass and UV protection film on door glass.Everything works properly and A/C is Ice Cold. No mechanical issues what-so-ever.

Original tires were just replaced do to age ,with BF Goodrich G-Force Sport Comp II ( less than 150miles ago ). All fluids also changed less than 150 miles ago.

This Trans Am WS6 has never been driven in the rain , and Garaged since New. Never a daily driver, all miles from approximately 100 miles/month to keep maintained and over the last few years going to car shows.

The WS6 never looked this good from the factory. Fully detailed -clay bar, buffed with Meguiars 105, buffed with Meguiars 205, two coats Meguiars Show Car Glaze #7 , two coats Meguiars NXT Tech Wax 2.0, two coats Meguiars High Tech Yellow Wax #26. Interior detailed with 303 Aerospace Protectant. It doesn't get any better than this.

Autoline Detroit recently played host to Bob Lutz, and, as is always the case, the former General Motors vice chairman dished out some great commentary. Lutz was promoting his new book Car Guys vs. Bean Counters: The Battle for the Soul of American Business, and talk quickly turned to his role as it related to product development and high-level decision making at GM. While on the topic of brand management, Lutz revealed a few rather interesting tidbits about his former employer:
All Chevrolet vehicles were required to have five-spoke aluminum wheels and a chrome band up front, as part of the Bowtie brand's overall image.

We like cars, and we like art. Naturally, Chris Labrooy's Auto Aerobics series - computer-generated images of some seriously contorted 1968 Pontiac Bonnevilles floating in mid-air - instantly clicked with us. If the Pontiacs weren't floating or hollow, we could be fooled into believing the image is real. But where's the fun in that?

eBay Find of the Day: 1967 Pontiac GTO Monkeemobile

Say what you will about The Monkees, but the guys in the band had great taste in automobiles. Take the Monkeemobile, for example. Built off a 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible, the custom featured genuinely interesting bodywork and some wild engine bolt-ons. If you're a fan of 1960s pop and yearn to relive the genre's glory days, eBay Motors may have what you need. A recreation of the 1967 Monkeemobile has showed up for auction. This particular replica was built by Dakota County Customs using an four-speed GTO, just like the original.
Built for the band's 45th anniversary and the final Monkees tour last year, this Monkeemobile is faithful down to every last detail. Unfortunately, the trumpet exhaust poking out of the front fender wells and the massive gold-flake blower are for show only. Seems fitting.
