This is a true documented GTO,I added the Judge Badges.the Judge stripes were ordered on the car,I have the window sticker for this car(see photo) it shows everything ordered on it,notice the Honeycomb wheels that was a option that you could get,it also has the Judge steering wheel.engine is a strong running 400 backed by a turbo 400 and positive track rear.it has factory cold air, power steering, power front disc brakes all new,the front end was gone though when built, the Undercarrige was spotless, until I got caught in a shower last week, original sheet metal,no rust anywhere, she rides and drives great. This car is put back just like it was on show room floor.you will not be disappointed.the interior is very impressive put back to original, this car is all stock like when new.i don't have photo of Undercarrige but I can get some made.trust me it is super nice.I must sell her,due to a personal problem that hit us.  You won't be disappointed.  I have owned this car for several months, and justl decided to register it 3 weeks ago,so the title has not come in the mail yet,be more than happy tp show paper work from registration, they said 4 to 6 weeks before it would come to me,I will give a bill of sale and mail the title the day it comes,I know that's a lot of trust but I hope you still believe there are a few honest people around. I have no idea why most of my photos are upside down. Call me for more imformation this is a really nice car,I did take it to the 4 states show in Texarkana she won first place,it's that kind of car 479 6335975 Bob.    I reserve to end early it is listed several places.  Forgot the hood is metal not fiberglass.  I just lowered the buy it now.   I added one photo with chrome American Racing wheels just to show you a different look. They do not go with car,but they sure look good on her.  They were not mine

This 1927 Oakland is a minimalist hot rod

Fri, 21 Feb 2014

There are hundreds of American automakers that sprung up during the dawn of the automotive era, only to fold into obscurity or get gobbled up by what would eventually become the Big Four (yes, we're counting AMC here). Oakland is one such company, which was the forbearer for General Motors' Pontiac division. Sold until 1931, you simply don't see Oakland-badged cars anymore. Unless, that is, you know Brian Bent.
Bent drives a 1927 Oakland that still rides on wooden wheels. Its original wooden wheels, from the sound of it. That makes this anachronist and his Oakland the perfect subject for a Petrolicious video. Like many of the cars highlighted by Petrolicious, this old Oakland has had some work done to it, featuring a Pontiac flathead engine that's been pushed forward and a clutch pack built by Bent.
Take a look below for a closer look at this rare and fascinating Oakland.

2013 Hurst Edition Trans Am

Mon, 13 May 2013

No, you didn't read our title wrong. This is a 2013 model year Trans Am, and yes, that is a Pontiac logo affixed to the front of the car. But don't bother dialing up your local General Motors dealership just yet. This is the new Hurst Edition Trans Am created by the Trans Am Depot located in Tallahassee, FL. Having spent a number of years restoring early Trans Am models, the crew at Trans Am Depot finally did what many Pontiac enthusiasts wish GM would have done - create a modern Trans Am using the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro.
As the former owner of a 1977 model, I've been wanting to check out Trans Am Depot ever since I first saw the company have American Choppers build a trio of motorcycles inspired by its Pontiac remakes. So I jumped at the chance to head to Florida's capital city to visit the shop and drive its latest creation, the new Hurst Edition Trans Am. As a collaboration with Hurst, this car made its debut at the 2012 SEMA Show and then popped up again on our radar with a cheesy yet perfectly fitting video back in March.

Check out the official 2013 Trans Am Hurst Edition commercial

Sat, 16 Mar 2013

The Poncho is dead. Long live the Poncho. Like certain other reoccurring personal maladies, the aftermarket community simply can't let the Trans Am go without another flare up. The guys at Trans Am Depot have worked up a quick commercial for their newest creation: The 2013 Trans Am Hurst Edition, and it watches pretty much like you'd expect it to. The footage is comprised of just about every TA male fantasy you can conceive of, from Daisy Dukes and white tank tops to tramp stamps, bikinis and ice cream cones. There simply aren't words for what you'll see below.
Of course, we like our T-Tops as much as the next guy. If you like what you see in the videos, you can pick up your very own TA by heading over to the Trans Am Depot site. The guys even have Chevrolet Camaro-based versions of the Pontiac GTO if the '77 TA treatment is too much for your tastes. Enjoy, but don't say we didn't warn you.
