WHY IS IT FOR SALE ? – Job relocation to Florida.

For sale is my 2009 Nissan GTR Premium in Gun Metallic with 26,592 miles.  The car is in great shape, garage kept, and is driven only on weekends.  Car has a clean title - no accidents or body work.  Second owner car, which I purchased in October 2011 with 20k miles.  Maintenance is up to date --  all fluids were changed at around 17,500 miles, brake pads changed at 23k miles, will need oil change in about 2,000 miles and will need replacing tires soon.

Over $40,000 in upgrades. I have all the receipts to prove.  Most of the upgrades were done in 2009 so the parts cost were higher then and no expense was spared.  All the upgrades were completed by the best performance shop/team in Texas: Jotech motorsports in Dallas, TX, and all the tuning has been done by a master tuner (Kenny Tran) with settings to a conservative 562WHP (~650hp at the crank) 595 lb. ft. of torque, on 93 octane pump fuel on a DynoJet all wheel drive dyno.  Kenny is one of the best tuners of GTRs around and chose reliability over pure horsepower with this car.  It is rock solid.  The car is currently running LC5 with Cobb access port available to load any map you desire. Launch control has been used about 15-20 times.  I used this car at my local autocross track and pretty much dominated the competition every chance I got for the past two years.

Overall, the car is in great shape as can be seen by the pictures.  Has a few minor rock chips up front, some scuffing on the front lip spoiler from a misjudging a parking cement block and a barely noticeable dent on the driver rear quarter panel.  The exterior has a nice  shine to it, as the previous owner had it clear coated immediately after purchase.  Interior color is black and in excellent condition overall.

Nissan's crowdsourced Project Titan is ready to tackle Alaska [w/videos]

Wed, 10 Sep 2014

Alaska still offers Americans the chance to really experience the wilderness, and Nissan is challenging its Titan pickup to its offroad extremes with a little help from its fans. After crowdsourcing a heap of mods, the company is handing it over to two Wounded Warrior Project Alumni to do their worst in the backcountry to see what the truck can do.
Nissan last experimented with the crowdsourcing idea on its Project 370Z in 2012 but might have taken things even further this time. For Project Titan, the automaker let fans vote on 10 different areas to customize on a 2014 Titan Crew Cab PRO-4X. To fit the rugged look, the company covered it up with a custom digital-camouflage wrap with a Wounded Warrior Project emblem and even outfitted its all-terrain camping trailer in a similar scheme. An LED lighting rig was also added to the new bull bar and roof rack to brighten the night. For a just little more grunt, the 5.6-liter V8 was outfitted with a Nismo cold-air intake and Borla cat-back exhaust, and to keep from getting stuck, the pickup got an upgraded suspension with more travel and 18-inch wheels with 35-inch Nitto offroad tires. The interior was also slightly revised with big GPS system and custom embroidered seats.
Now, it's time to see if the truck's mods can handle what the Alaskan wilderness can throw at it. The two Wounded Warrior Project Alumni are just starting their expedition and are expecting snow on the way. Scroll down to watch three build videos for the Titan and read Nissan's official announcement. You can also follow their journey on Nissan Trucks' Facebook page.

Watch this mobility scooter drag race a Nissan Skyline with surprising results

Fri, 19 Jul 2013

Okay, so we may not be talking about a classic, all-conquering Nissan Skyline GT-R here. But the sub-Godzilla-trim Nissan Skyline GTS-T is still a car, after all. And, as a car, if someone asked you to lay a bet on it versus a mobility scooter (Hoveround, Rascal, you know the type) in a drag race, you'd probably take that action.
Unless, of course, that drag race were happening on YouTube, in which case you'd put your money away and open up your laptop. On the Internet it's best to never bet against the wild underdog.
We don't mean to spoil the following video for you, but come on. When you saw Skyline vs. Scooter in that headline, you had a pretty good idea of what was to come, didn't you. Needless to say, mobility scooters fitted with Suzuki GSX-600F engines are pretty quick. Strap in and scroll down.
