THIS IS A 1976 MINI COOPER PICK UP TRUCK. I HAVE OWNED IT FOR APPROX. 7 YEARS AND HAVE USED IT AS A MOBILE SIGN. IT WAS LAST DRIVEN TWO MONTHS AGO. I WENT TO START IT THE OTHER DAY AND COULD NOT GET IT RUNNING - IT MAY NEED SOME FRESH GAS OR SOME CARB WORK, NOT SURE SO AS OF RIGHT NOW I AM SELLING IT AS A NON-RNNING PROJECT. THE PICK UP IS RIGHT HAND DRIVE, THE ODOMETER SHOWS JUST OVER 16,000 MILES BUT I DON'T BELIEVE IT TO BE ACCURATE. IT IS MISSING MISC. HARDWARE SUCH AS DOOR HANDLE ON PASSENGER SIDE. THIS IS A VERY BASIC PICK UP AND QUITE RARE - YOU DON'T SEE THEM VERY OFTEN. IF I GET A CHANCE IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS I MAY TRY TO GET IT RUNNING. Mini prices new Cooper Hardtop from $19,950* as configurator comes online

As surprised as the face of the new 2014 Mini Cooper makes the model look, customers shopping for the third-gen hatchback won't be surprised at all come spring. When the Hardtop goes on sale, it will not only offer a similar design to the outgoing model, it will also have a familiar price with a starting MSRP of $19,950 (*plus $795 for destination).
That price is for the base, third-generation model with the company's new 134-horsepower, 1.5-liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine, and that MSRP amounts to a $250 increase over the 2013 Cooper. Looking for a little more power? The 189-hp Cooper S will go on sale at the same time, starting at $23,600 - just $300 more than last year's model.

2014 Mini Cooper goes to the dogs

We wouldn't buy a car to make a dog happy, but Mini's latest commercial, Bullheaded, would have you believe that dogs like the new 2014 Cooper as much as humans. Regardless of the commercial's target audience (Spike The Bulldog, or his owner?), it does show a couple new tidbits about the car, such as the new center dial touchscreen, ambient lighting and the nifty tinted pop-up display on top of the dashboard that reminds us of the head-up display on the new Mazda3.

New Mini Cooper only just now being delivered due to EPA certification

The Mini brand and its products have typically been a runaway success for BMW, but sales of the retro hatchback dropped a drastic 20.5 percent last month, and have been doing such pretty much all year.
The reason, according to Jalopnik, is that the new model has been held up due to EPA certification. Mini told our compatriots, "Sales have dropped because our supply has been so limited. MY 2015 Mini Hardtops have also not been able to go on sale pending the final results of federal fuel economy certification."
Mini goes on to clarify that "as of October 1st, three out of the four 2015 Mini Hardtop 2 door models, the Cooper with manual transmission, the Cooper with automatic transmission, and the Cooper S with manual transmission, have been released for retail sales and deliveries."
