There are a few dents and dings (shown in photos) and some rust on the back end. There is also a stripe from a key on the passenger side. The interior is in fantastic shape with a working cassette deck. Includes the original Rally rims (need touched up, also in photos) and original radio/cassette player. Also has an A/C system, but needs to be recharged. This car has been my daily driver for a year and a half now, and the original 351 Cleveland motor still runs very well. This is a project car, but it runs great and is a fantastic rig past the minor exterior issues and the windshield wipers needing to be fixed. I took a video just prior to posting on eBay so you can listen to the engine run. This vehicle is bone stock except for a new starter solenoid and the coolant overflow system I installed. eBay Find of the Day: Mercury Marauder two-door convertible

Never underestimate what you'll see on eBay Motors. Take this unique creation, for example. Near as we can tell, it's the same 2002 Mercury Marauder that was modified into a two-door convertible by Ford for the 2002 Chicago Auto Show. According to the seller, this car still boasts its Eaton supercharger bolted to a 4.6-liter V8 engine, and at the time of its debut, the engine was rated at a lofty 335 horsepower. We have a hard time believing that the extra ponies would do much to offset the weight of the additional frame stiffeners and top mechanism on the car, however.
The vehicle is currently offered for sale by a dealer in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, though the listing is mum on how the convertible managed to make its way from Ford's Windy City show stand into the seller's inventory. Ford has announced five separate recalls, affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
It's not been a great couple of weeks for Ford. On October 30, the company announced a 205,000-unit recall, and yesterday, it was revealed that the Ford brand's year-over-year sales were down over 5,000 units while the company itself was down 3,000 units over through October. Now, the company has announced five separate recalls affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
