No Reserve! 1 Owner, Distronic Plus, Panoramic Roof, Ac Cooled Seats, Navigation on 2040-cars
Staten Island, New York, United States
Up for sale is this super clean 2007 Mercedes-Benz S550. This ONE OWNER vehicle is loaded up with all the options including Distonic Cruise control and Panoramic roof panels. Unfortunately, this vehicle
was involved in fresh
water flood and is being sold with a New York salvage certificate. We are
not sure
why this vehicle was branded a flood because we can see no sign of any
water damage at all and the vehicle is in perfect running order with
all the electronics working perfectly (see my video). Every switch and
button in this car is working the way it should. There is absolutely no
reason this vehicle should have been branded a salvage
title because this vehicle is PERFECT!
This Benz is very
clean and has a silver exterior with grey leather interior
accented
by real wood trimming.
The leather seats are in great condition and they are also AC
cooled, heated, and have dynamic and pulsating functions. This S55 just
turned 112k
miles and it runs and drives
fantastically. The previous owner took great care of this high-end vehicle and it shows. The drive is so smooth and
aggressive, its like having the best of both worlds. Every
feature in the car is working the way it should including the A/C. The
air conditioning in this car is ICE cold and the heat in this car is as
hot as you could want it to be. This vehicle is ready for its
new owner and needs nothing at all done to it. This S550 is loaded
up with every possible
option available. It has Distronic Plus cruise control which basically makes the vehicle drive by itself on the highway. The vehicle will automatically use radar to accelerate and decelerate based on the traffic in front of you. Its really amazing when your driving on the highway or on long trips. This vehicle has full leather interior with AC cooled and
heated seats, Dynamic and pulsating seat controls, Panoramic glass roof with power shades, power rear window shades, navigation
system, rear backup camera with front and rear parking sensors, bluetooth cell phone receiver, In-dash CD changer with MP3 capabilities, Steering wheel mounted paddle shifters, xenon headlights,
power-folding side mirrors, power rear
shade, power rear headrests, power opening/closing trunk lid, airmatic suspension that lowers and raises the vehicle, on board
computer, upgraded Harman Kardon sound system, rear opera mirrors in the back,
remote keyless entry with alarm, power tilt steering wheel, traction
control, and all the
power features you could possibly think of. This Benz comes with the original Mercedes key
fob. We also have the complete tool kit, spare
tire, and jacking equipment. Its all there the way it should
be. We even have the bluetooth telephone receiver so you can use your own cell phone wirelessly. This vehicle was
very well cared for and it
shows. The maintenance all appears to be current and the vehicle is
reliable and runs like a dream. The car has all-matching Michellin tires on it. They look like they
have been installed sometime recently and have a good deal of tread
left. We have driven it 1000 miles and it seems to be running and
driving 100%. We changed all the motor and
transmission fluids and the vehicle has good brakes, good rotors, and
good windshield wiper blades. The exterior of the vehicle is clean. The paint is nice and
glossy and all the body lines are perfect and straight. The paint
shines like glass and you can see your reflection in it. The body is in
above average condition and there is no real blemishes to point out on
this vehicle at all. The car shows extremely well, especially for its
age. The exterior is in above average condition in my opinion. The interior of
the
vehicle is also super clean. The seats
have no cracks or rips and the leather is very firm and supple. The
dash and door panels are also very nice and clean. All the wood
trimmings and other interior trims are in perfect condition. The
interior is perfect condition in my
opinion. This is probably one of the best S classes and the highest optioned Mercedes that you will find
on eBay. They dont get much better than this. The previous owner put a
lot of love and money into this high-line
vehicle. This car
is being sold as-is, where-is, and there is no warranties expressed or
implied. This vehicle is being sold with a salvage certificate from NY. It is
the
buyers responsibility to know the laws and requirements for registering
a salvage vehicle in their state. If you would like to see the car and
test drive it, you are
more than welcome to do so. Also, feel free to ask me about the
buy-it-now price. If you are located outside my
local area, I will assist in any way possible in having the car shipped
to you at your cost. A $500 non-refundable deposit must be made within
24 hours on the auctions end. The remaining balance must be paid in
full by 3 days after the closing of the auction unless other
arrangements are discussed with me in advance. I do drive the vehicle
daily so the mileage may be slightly higher upon pickup. With that
being said,
feel free to email, call, or text me at anytime if you have any
questions or concerns. My name is Frank and my number is 347-961-1194.
Thanks and good luck

Mercedes to market Tesla-powered 2014 B-Class EV in U.S.
Thu, 05 Jul 2012Looks like another Tesla Motors investor will be looking to cash in on their connection. Autoweek reports Mercedes-Benz will offer their B-Class in the U.S. with Tesla propulsion.
The magazine says their source at the German automaker confirms plans for a B-Class electric-only vehicle. While Tesla already provides battery packs for the battery-powered Smart ForTwo, the B-Class EV will reportedly have Tesla batteries, motor and other components. U.S. residents should be able to procure one sometime in 2014.
The same Mercedes source says plans for a hybrid B-Class have been postponed for now. Adding a range-extending, gasoline-powered engine to an electric vehicle would put the car into a different class for which rebates and incentives aren't as favorable in the States.
Next Mercedes S-Class stretching into this 600 Pullman limo
Fri, 15 Mar 2013To the concern of nobody in particular, Mercedes-Benz will not be re-upping its Maybach line of ultra-luxury limousines. No, instead the German automaker will be stretching its already roomy S-Class, to make this upcoming 600 Pullman version of the decked-out beast.
The car in our new gallery of spy shots is sporting beefy B-pillars and a massive set of rear doors that should allow perfectly graceful ingress and egress from what is likely to be a palatial rear space. (In one photo we can even see a long-wheelbase S-Class in line with the new Pullman, handily exhibiting the size of the new variant.) The exterior modifications are otherwise obscured, though we can guess at revised front and rear fascia and lighting elements, based on both end being heavily taped for these test runs.
It's a good bet that the Pullman will make use of M-B's twin-turbocharged V12 engine, though sources indicate that a hybrid version might eventually be in the offing, as well.
New Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe spied in revealing state of dress
Tue, 19 Feb 2013During a product briefing earlier this year, Mercedes-Benz told us that 2013 would be the "year of the S-Class." Makes sense, too, since the flagship Mercedes is so very close to finally showing its production-ready face. But the high-tech saloon isn't the only S-Class to talk about this year - quite the contrary. Seen here in decidedly revealing camouflage, the new S-Class Coupe will be joining its four-door compadre in the not-too-distant future, as well.
When it launches, the S-Class Coupe will officially do away with the CL-Class nomenclature. This doesn't come as a huge shock. After all, when the new E-Class coupe and convertible were launched, it officially marked the end of the long-running CLK-Class designation.
Thanks to the interesting camouflage seen here, we have a very good glimpse at how the S-Class Coupe will look when all of the molding and swirly paper are peeled off. Rakish body lines pulled from the CLS-Class meet a much more dynamic front fascia. Out back, there are horizontal taillamps rather than the vertical units used on the current car, and the whole package seems very svelte. Our spy photographer even posits that this will be "the best-looking car from Mercedes-Benz in ages."
