All my offerings are put through a service/safety check and road test to be sure they are safe and road worthy. I make sure the oil has been changed and do an inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, cooling system, fluid levels, etc. Of course, every vehicle will ride and drive with the engine and transmission performing as expected. If you would prefer to have a third party inspect the car before bidding, I am most willing to help you facilitate that. I know of several shops in town that will deal with you directly or you are welcome to locate one on your own. Either way, I will deliver the car there for you and pick it up after inspection for no extra charge. Of course, the shop would charge a nominal fee and would bill you directly, but I will even reimburse your inspection charges if you end up buying the vehicle!!!

If you have been looking for that one special Mercedes Benz wagon, then you definitely need to check out this gorgeous one owner 300TE with just 89,000 miles! And it's a 4-matic with service history that has spent the majority of it's life here in Florida! The owner, a wealthy individual just donated it to the the Salvation Army and I was lucky to buy it from them and offer for sale here on eBay Motors. End of year tax write-off for him and the proceeds go to a great organization, so a win-win for everyone, you and me included! According to the documents, the history of the car goes like this- The owner bought it brand new and registered it Jan 21, 1993 in Montclair, NJ from Mercedes Benz Manhattan Inc. of New York. The stamped service book shows Mercedes Benz Manhattan also did all the maintenance up to 57,647 miles in October of 1997. In February of 1998 with 59,776 miles, the owner brought it down to Florida and left it here at his new 12,000 sq. foot 1.7 million dollar home in Bonita Springs. Oil change stickers/records shows the maintenance continued. For the next 16 years, just to use for the winter months spent in Florida! Very little time spent in the NJ winter as there are no rust issues and even the underside is still nice as you will see in the pictures below. Always garage kept and well taken care of by an owner that could well afford to keep his TE wagon nice and that's what he did! The condition throughout attests to that. Just one sweet, hard to find Mercedes wagon that is offered in a great price range!
It comes equipped with the 3.0 liter inline 6 cylinder motor, automatic transmission with all wheel drive, power sliding sunroof, dual power seats, power windows, power vacuum locks, power telescopic steering, automatic climate control, factory cassette stereo, power mirrors, third row seating and 15" alloy wheels with Michelin Energy radials! I have sold quite a few Benz's over the years and I know ones like this just do not come around everyday. The more I looked at it, the more excited I got to own it! And I am sure you will too!!
What a super nice and clean Benz Wagon that does everything it was designed to do and does it very well. It's the kind I would gladly sell to a friend or family member, so that should tell you something! Inside and out, it has that clean and well cared for, garage kept look we all like to find. The Dark Blue paint has a deep shine and color with no rust, dents or fading and the Palomino Benz Tex interior is fresh, clean and comfortable with very little if any wear at all. Not even smoked in and ready to enjoy right away! Of course, the ride and drive is excellent with a strong engine, tight suspension and smooth shifting transmission. And with my service/safety check done and great service history, it's ready for any road trip or daily duty! It does have that nice and tight feel of quality and the condition speaks of a well cared for vehicle, so you can look forward to a lot more life out of this one. Just as pretty in person with nothing to take away from the clean look! Very little of even the typical stuff, it's as nice as you could find! Deep shine and color with no fading or rust. Even the bottom sides of the doors still looks new!

I noticed a tiny ding on the left rear door, too small to show in a picture.

As for original paint, I did detect some overspray around the VIN sticker behind the license plate, but anything done was done VERY professionally with perfect results. No accidents or repairs, would have been for cosmetic reasons. The owner could certainly afford the best and he obviously took care of his car. I would normally not even bother mentioning it, but I know there are Mercedes aficionados that would want to know.

A ding below the right tail light and one small, shallow push-in at the center of the very lower panel under the rear bumper. All very minor and of no consequence.

From every angle, this is one SWEET wagon! Hard to believe it's from 1993! Just goes to show what good care of a quality car will do for you!

Interior

Just as good inside, looks amazing! As nice and clean as you could find with very little wear and not even smoked in! The air is cold and everything seems too be working as it should including the auto climate control zone changes and the clock! The only thing I found is the cassette radio is not powering on. Common for these older Benz radios and easy to replace with either an original or upgrade to a CD player which most people will do anyway. The camera flash reflection off the carpet nap and seat material can make things look faded or dirty, it's not like that in person. There is some light discoloration on the two front carpet pads from spending their life under the factory floor mats.

No dash cracks or fade! Garage kept cars don't spend a lot of time in the sun and it shows!

Even underneath the rear seat looks new! Like I said, this is a nice car!!

Everything folds forward for a TON of room!

                Bidding/Buying Policies
The advertised vehicle will be described as accurately as I can, but remember these are used cars, they will show signs as such. As stated before, each offering is checked over before selling, but you are not bidding on brand new cars, so there may be parts of the vehicle that are not new. Depending on the age of the vehicle, the various systems involved will be at different levels of wear/service life and there may be the typical tiny chips/dings, blems and other signs of normal wear, inside and out, that you would expect on used vehicles. I am sure this is obvious to most people. I will do my best to describe all the apparent and important things so you are clear on what you are buying, but I encourage you to call with any questions you may have before bidding. Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, but my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are received in full, not at the time the vehicle is delivered.

According to Federal guidelines, all vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars, I will.

Payment must be made by cash-in-person, cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire transfer. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be expected within 3-5 days following close of auction and remainder paid within 7-10 days. If you have a special situation, please feel free to call ahead of time to discuss. I am very easy to deal with!

Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. You DO NOT pay sales tax twice! Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida.

Buyer assumes the cost and responsibility of shipping. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA, so I can help arrange this for you and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in and drive home, I will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued.

All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt. Occasionally, a title will be in transit from the bank or dealership because of a loan payoff and may not be in my immediate possession, but will be processed to you as soon as physically possible.
Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. I WILL GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ANY FINAL BIDDER THAT REFUSES TO HONOR HIS OR HER OBLIGATION!!!
