1999 LINCOLN TOWN CAR CARTIER
I am pleased to offer this very nice 1999 Lincoln Town Car Cartier with only 87000 miles. The Cartier is Lincoln’s most expensive Town Car and is considered the top of the line. The body is free of any rust but does have a couple of issues. I really thing if you get a paint store to mix some paint you could touch things up and look ok. This Town Car can be used for many things in fact a lot of them are being bought for airport limos especially ones with low miles. Moving on the interior is full leather and looks really good. The rear most part of the headliner is a bit loose however some 3M trim cement will correct that. The chrome wheels really set this Lincoln off and the tires are in good shape with lots of tread life remaining. The car starts quickly and runs very well. I do not know of any mechanical issues. Rebranding When Reinvention Is Requisite
Lincoln - pardon us, the Lincoln Motor Company - assures us that Ford is committed to its success. The awkwardness of the statement (which feels vaguely like your mother telling you that she loves and supports you regardless of what everyone else thinks) was hard to escape when we recently spent a few days with the all-new second-generation 2013 Lincoln MKZ.
Launched earlier this year at the 2012 New York Auto Show, the MKZ is a midsize premium sedan that shares platforms with the Ford Fusion (also all-new for 2013). The sedan's primary competitors, according to Lincoln, include the Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Cadillac CTS and Lexus ES Series sedans - each an established, accomplished player.

Complimentary scheduled maintenance programs have been great tools for luxury automakers to draw in new customers, but some are starting to scale their programs back considerably. According to Automotive News, Lincoln is joining Jaguar and Volvo on the list of automakers reducing the length of time it will be providing free maintenance to its customers.
Lincoln's four-year/50,000-mile maintenance program first kicked off as an incentive in 2010 and became permanent later that year, but starting with the 2014 model year, this will be cut to just two years and 24,000 miles. This could make short-term leases even more appealing for some consumers, but according to Automotive News, some Lincoln dealers are unhappy with the scaling back. The move admittedly comes at an odd time for Lincoln, with parent Ford seemingly working hard to increase consideration among luxury buyers as it looks to reverse the marque's long decline.
