This absolutely gorgeous 08 LX-570 came from one of our local Mercedes Benz Dealerships. It is stunning inside and out and it runs and drives exactly as you would expect a 28,000 mile Lexus would, It has every option available for the model year 2008 including, heated and cooled front leather seats, navigation, back up camera, parking sensors, DVD entertainment system, 3rd row seating, running boards, Mark Levinson Sound system, moon roof, 20" wheel package and everything else you could imagine. The best way to describe this Lexus is to use one simple word, "Stunning". The car is immaculate inside and out and the tires look like new.
We are a small used vehicle dealer just outside of San Francisco and we purchased this vehicle for resale about a month ago. However, once I started driving it, I didn't want to sell it. I've decided that I should sell it before we put any more miles on it. This LX-570 comes with a clean Car Fax and it shows it to be a one owner, no accident vehicle. If you would like to take a look at the vehicle, give us a call at (925) 437-4701, or just send an email and we can make arrangements for you to look at it. We do ask that you not bid if you do not have the funds available to pay for the vehicle. If you need financing, please arrange it before you bid, not after you win the auction.
If the winning bidder resides here in California, Sales tax, License, DMV Documentation fee and smog fee will be collected at the time the vehicle is picked up. If the winning bidder resides outside California, he/she will be responsible for paying all fees and taxes to the local DMV office of the town the car will be registered in. Read our feedback, we describe what we sell accurately. You can bid with confidence. When you see the car, you will be thrilled. If the winning bidder wants to fly in and drive the car home, we will be glad to arrange picking you up at the airport and also a one way DMV trip permit at no additional charge.

Take one look at the new Lexus RC F and it'll be fairly obvious that Toyota's luxury division went to considerable lengths to make the new muscle coupe look the part. Still, there will always be those looking for that extra measure of visual aggression. And for them, Lexus is reportedly offering this carbon-fiber package.

The kit apparently includes a new hood (complete with central air vent), roof and active rear spoiler, all made of carbon fiber. The parts in question are particularly evident when installed on the white example of the RC F pictured here, giving it an even racier look than the stock model.
We've yet to receive official details from Lexus on the availability of the Carbon Package, so we don't know how much it will cost - or for that matter, if the components have been recrafted from actual carbon fiber or whether the woven bits simply overlay the existing panels as is often the case with aftermarket parts. But while we wait for official word, you can check out the images that have been circulating the internet in the gallery above.
We report on a lot of awards, some of which are given out based on more solid criteria than others. This one, the Kelley Blue Book 5-Year Cost to Own awards, seems like one that new car shoppers should pay attention to.

The cost of a car goes far beyond what you pay for the actual metal, leather and rubber at the point of purchase. Fuel, insurance, maintenance and repair costs, and the cost of fees from the state and financing will all weigh on your wallet while you own the car. That's not even taking into account the biggest cost: depreciation, or the amount of money you lose based on what your car is worth years from now versus the day you bought it.
KBB tracks these sorts of things, and they've compiled a list of winners for 2013 models. On the brand level, Mazda and Lexus earn the 5-Year Cost to Own award for having the lowest overall projected five-year totals (though, curiously, we note that Mazda and Lexus each had only one segment winner). There are lots of winners for all the various segments, so we'll just pick out a few surprising ones to share and you can view the rest here.
Throw away those scraps of paper and pull yourself up to a keyboard, as Lexus has launched the online configurator for its all-new 2014 IS sedan. The base price for the entry-level IS 250 RWD is $36,845 (all listed prices include the $895 delivery fee), delivering a 2.5-liter V6 rated at 204 horsepower that provides enough thrust for a 0-60 sprint in 7.7 seconds. The range-topping IS 350 AWD starts at $42,595, packed with a 3.5-liter V6 rated at 306 horsepower that will deliver 60 mph in just 5.7 seconds.
After choosing an engine and driveline, the configurator will offer eight exterior colors and five interior upholstery shades (some combinations, such as selecting Obsidian over Rioja Red NuLuxe leather, require upgrades such as the F Sport package). Consumers are then offered four different bundled option packages as enhancements. The least expensive is Navigation ($4,670), followed by the aforementioned F Sport ($5,800) and a choice between two luxury packages ($7,195) with light or dark wood trim.
Last to come are the accessories and dealer-installed options such as remote engine start, glass-break sensor, wheel locks and a cargo net. Go crazy with your choices, as we did, and the price will exceed $50,000. Head over to the Lexus IS configurator, and check it out for yourself.
