In regards to trade-ins, trade cars must be delivered to our facility prior to taking delivery of your purchase.
The Deposit:
Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close.
All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction.
If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection here in
St. Louis, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
Tax, Title and License:
Missouri residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as
well as title and licensing fees. If you live outside of Missouri,
you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.
NOTE: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours,
(2) business days or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of
the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next
highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.
Vehicle may be sold by dealership before end of auction.

However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the
potential buyer fly out to inspect as well as test drive any of the vehicles before finalizing
purchase. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an
inspection by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to
deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose. All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition.
However, extended warranty options are available on most vehicles. Please be advised that
no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the
condition of said vehicle. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and the most
comfortable buying experience on eBay. We do not accept escrow, and all inspections must be
done prior to delivery. The only fee associated with the sale is an $285.00 processing fee
which covers processing of paperwork, pre vehicle delivery costs, cleanup, FedEx, etc and a
30-day temporary registration so the vehicle can be driven prior to transfer of title in your area.

In regards to winning bidders and Buy Now option customers: All winning bidders and buy-it-now
option bidders must fly out and personally inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not as
represented upon personal inspection, We will not only promptly refund your deposit, but
will reimburse airfare based on your coach ticket value as well. This is another way for us
to assure your satisfaction in conducting business with our company. Feedback must be left at the time of delivery following final inspection.
Pertaining to non eBay winners, anyone with a deposit but the sale is pending financing, 3rd party inspection
or any other contingency, the said vehicle will not be held and is subject to be sold at any time,
until all contingencies are removed and a manager or owner accepts and signs the purchase order.

What do you do when you're an automaker with an all-new and brand-defining sports car, one of them with a supercharged V8 cranking out 495 horsepower? You let proven race drivers test them out on track and on the road. And what do you do if you're Jaguar and you're in that situation? Why, naturally, you make a video of it. That's how we get footage of racers Martin Brundle, Justin Bell and Christian Danner being choppered into the UK's Snetterton track to test the V6-equipped Jaguar F-Type S prototype. Then when they're finished with kerb-lined apexes, they take the V8 S prototype out onto the roads to run it through hedge-lined apexes. According to one of them, "very fast, very nimble, great engine" is what will soon be headed our way. Check it out in the video below.
In an effort to target higher-volume vehicle segments, Jaguar is getting ready to introduce its first-ever crossover, and Autoweek reports that we could see it debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. We've heard in the past that the new Jaguar crossover could carry the name XQ, but the report also mentions that the Q-type name is still in the running (now wouldn't Audi just love that?). A little more clear than the crossover's name, AW says the cargo-friendly Jaguar should ride on the same platform as the upcoming Jaguar XS compact sedan rather than using a Land Rover platform. As for the on-sale date, it still sounds like the XS will hit the roads first in 2015 with the crossover model due out in 2016.
With around a month away from its world debut on September 8, Jaguar continues to issue a constant drip of updates about its upcoming XE compact luxury sedan that's aiming to take on the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. Where the company's last bit of info focused on the car's suspension setup, this time Jag's putting the spotlight on the new model's modular platform and making some big promises about it, too. How big? Try over 75 miles per gallon big. That's the headline figure that Jaguar is claiming for its new sedan, but it's keeping mum on just what powertrain will realize that figure. Furthermore, that result is on the European test cycle, which is more lenient than America's EPA testing regime. In any case, when the XE hits the road, Jag says it will be the most efficient vehicle from the company, ever. That's thanks in no small part to the aluminum-intensive monocoque chassis underpinning the sedan. It's constructed from a new grade of the lightweight metal called RC 5754 that uses a high portion of recycled material. "The Jaguar XE body uses over 75-percent aluminum content, which far exceeds any other car in its class. This gives us a body structure with unrivaled low weight: it's light but also immensely strong with extremely high levels of torsional stiffness," said Dr. Mark White, Jaguar Chief Technical Specialist; Body Complete.
