Due to the abundance of attempted scams and Bogus Second Chance Offers, we have decided to make our auctions private to protect our bidder's identities. If you receive a second chance offer that seems too good to be true, it probably is. Please contact us through the eBay Message System prior to doing anything.
When you bid, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you are not serious about owning this vehicle. You must be able to pay cash or have a loan pre-approved BEFORE bidding. See the links below for more information about financing. Many online banks require their checks to be used at a Franchised Dealer only. We are a Licensed Independent Used Car Dealership, not a Franchised Dealer. Verify with your bank regarding this difference before you bid. If you need financing, check with your local bank or credit union.
Be sure to hold off bidding until your loan is approved.
We require a $500.00 deposit 3 days after auction close. For DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ONLY, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order, Cashiers Check and PayPal.
The balance is due 10 days after auction close. For PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE, we accept guaranteed funds ONLY by way of a Bank Check, Cashiers Check, Bank Wire Transfer or your Guaranteed Loan Proceeds Check. We do not accept E-Loan Drafts. eBay financing MUST be Pre-Approved with us prior to bidding.
We reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction at any time without any liability. No bid retractions - it completely ruins the real auction process. If you are not sure, do not bid. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end.
Vehicle inspections are welcome at our Showroom in Export, PA but must be completed prior to the close of the auction at the your expense. We will be happy to arrange transportation from the airport or the train station if you can provide us with your arrival schedule.
If you are planning for home or office delivery, shipping costs are your responsibility. We frequently use MoveCars.com and SundayAutoTransport.com. We have been very happy with their service. You may contact one of them directly, or call us if you need help with logistics. We will gladly assist you with transportation arrangements from the Airport or Train Station. Also, all paperwork and a 30-day Temporary Tag are provided at a nominal fee of $99.00(excluding PA & MA Residents).
We test drive the vehicles we sell. We do this as part of our vehicle quality and testing process. As a result, there may be a few more miles on it - typically only 100 to 200 - than the mileage listed above.
Please realize and understand you are bidding on a Pre-Owned Vehicle. Not a new vehicle. Pre-Owned vehicles may or may not have chips, scratches, dents, dings, scrapes, paint defects or imperfections from the previous owner's normal everyday use. While we are human and mistakes can be made, we try our level best to describe our vehicles honestly and as accurately as possible. We will disclose any imperfections related to the structure, engine, mechanics or cosmetics that we are aware of. We want all of our eBayMotors? customers to be happy. We will do everything within our means to ensure that vehicle meets or exceeds your expectations
Please remember some items such as books, extra keys, remote entry keys, cd cartridges, tool kits, etc. do not always remain with pre-owned vehicles throughout their life. We try very hard to include these items. However, we will not be responsible for the absence of these minor accessories. Such items are replaceable at any local factory dealer or electronics store. If any of these items are important to you, please do not assume they are included - email and ask to be sure.
Any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or the seller is to take place in the State of Pennsylvania in the Westmoreland County Courthouse. By bidding on and/or winning this auction the bidder/buyer agrees that any legal action will be heard in Westmoreland County in the State of Pennsylvania. All legal actions associated with this auction/sale will be governed by the state Pennsylvania laws. Buyer agrees to be responsible for all legal costs including, but not limited to, court costs, expenses, attorney fees, cost of process service, and all other costs associated with the normal course of business.
