What a great experience! I wish all car dearlers were like them. They made getting my new RX350 the best experience I have ever had at a Dealership. The sales person, Blaine, went above and beyond to make it as easy and as enjoyable as possible. He took me on a test drive and went over the entire vehicle, making sure I was comfortable with the navigation system and Bluetooth phone. The negotiation process was done ve... view morery professional, the sales manager Ray was very polite and worked with me to get to the payment I wanted. They even delivered the RX350 to my home. The salesmen had a big red bow on it when I came out, just like the commercial. My neighbors were blown away that they actually did that. Wilkie Lexus won my heart away from the BMW dealership I had been a customer of for 10 years. (I won`t trash them here, although it`s tempting). The people at Wilkie treat you so well.
