It kills me to sell this car but I will be moving to a new home soon and need to generate some cash. Believe me, as soon as my feet are back on the ground I will go purchase another Sonata. This is my second one and was amazed when I test drove it 2 years ago. 275 horsepower of turbo charged juice out of a 4 cyl. AMAZING! You cant go wrong buying one of these cars. Fully warranted which is transferable to the new buyer. I even at the time of purchase bought extended bumper to bumper for 10 years 100,000 miles. Thats right, no headaches or surprises of those unwanted and unexpected car repair bills, not that you would never need it for these cars. I am a 32 year experienced master mechanic and wouldnt buy anything else. I push Hyundai's on family and friends all the time. Check out all the reports and reviews and you will see why. This also comes with the Simonize protection plan. I have changed the oil every 3000 miles even though they recommend 6000 miles now. I also just put a new set of tires on the front. As you can see by the pictures it has a ding in the hood that I never got fixed because of my 500.00 deductible. That is really the only issue whatsoever with this car period. You wont be disappointed. I also just purchased 1 year of XM radio and I will even throw in the cable required to use your ipod which they charge you 35.00 for after you purchase the car and find out that you cant just plug in. Email me your questions or call me at 860-302-6975 The buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements or you can just come and pick it up. There will be a 500.00 deposit due at auctions end through paypal and the balance due before pickup with a certified bank check. The car can be taken once the check is cleared. Thanks and good luck. Also wanted to add that it has a remote starter.

2014 Hyundai Azera gives you more for less
Fri, 20 Dec 2013The Azera is sort of the forgotten Hyundai. Despite just having rolled out the new version a couple of years ago, the Korean automaker hasn't been able to move them very quickly. Where the smaller Sonata and Elantra sell in the tens of thousands each month, the fullsize Azera barely reaches that in a year. In fact it's Hyundai's second slowest-selling model, behind the flagship Equus. But Hyundai's not resigning itself to letting Azeras sit around on dealer lots. Thus, the company is actually reducing the car's price while increasing the array of standard equipment.
Now starting at $31,000, the base 2014 Azera now comes with a six-inch color LCD, backup camera, blind-spot mirror and three years of Assurance Connected Care services. Spring for the $34,750 Azera Limited and you get an eight-inch display, electroluminescent gauges, LCD trip computer and power folding mirrors.
Despite the increased level of specification, the Azera is now $1,250 cheaper than the previous-year model, while still offering the highest specific output and most front-seat room in its class. Scope out the details in the press release below and the fresh batch of images in the gallery above for a closer look.
2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo: February 2013
Mon, 25 Feb 2013I just couldn't bring myself to lead this post with the image you see on the right. The winter months have not been kind to our matte gray 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo, and since you can't just run the thing through your local car wash, our oddly shaped little hatchback has spent more days dirty than clean. It breaks my fleet manager heart to see one of our test cars covered in schmutz so frequently, but let's be honest - the last thing anyone wants to do when it's 12 degrees Fahrenheit outside is play with a hose and spend a good amount of time hand-washing a car.
Moral of the story: If you live in a cold-weather state where you expect to get regular doses of the white stuff, matte paint probably isn't for you. Not to worry, though, as the Veloster Turbo is offered in plenty of pretty, car wash-friendly colors.
We'll have a lot more to talk about regarding the Veloster's cleanability in forthcoming updates, and we're even planning a trip to the Dr. Beasley's office - the company that created the special matte paint detailing kit for the Hyundai - to have their experts show us how it's done. For now, let's spend some time talking about what we've learned about the turbocharged hatch during its honeymoon phase here in the Autoblog Garage.
Hyundai-Kia fuel-economy errors trigger $300M in federal penalties [w/video]
Mon, 03 Nov 2014
This amount includes $100-million in civil penalties, the largest such fines in EPA history.
Hyundai and Kia are getting more than a slap on the wrist for overstating the fuel economy of an estimated 1.2-million vehicles in their 2011-2013 model ranges. The Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Justice and the California Air Resources Board are hitting the automakers with collective penalties valued at around $300 million for Clean Air Act violations. This amount includes $100-million in civil penalties, the largest such fines in EPA history. Specifically, Hyundai is paying a $56.8 million penalty and relinquishing 2.7-million greenhouse gas emissions credits. Kia is paying $43.2 million in penalties and giving up 2.05-million credits.
