2013 Hyundai Accent Gs Hatchback 4-door 1.6l Low Miles Automatic on 2040-cars
Panorama City, California, United States
Up for sale is a 2013 Hyundai Accent GS hatchback (automatic transmission) which currently has 15500 miles on it and is in an excellent condition. Some of the optional things on this vehicle are cargo tray, mud flaps, auto dimming mirror with HomeLink, white LED interior, trunk and license plate lights, and PIAA headlight bulbs. The vehicle also has an aftermarket air horn and tinted windows (70% in the back and 20% in the front). The emblems and the grille were plasti dipped (blacked out) which can be easily removed if desired. It has never been in any type of accident, does not have any dents on it as an average car would, and only has swirl marks from getting washed. The tires have about 80% of life left on them. I have the maintenance records available. Originally (January, 2013) this car was 16,500 plus fees.
I am currently getting 33 MPG out of it in the city and on the highway combined. The reason why I am selling it is that I am trying to upgrade to something faster and I know I will get screwed if I simply trade it in. I am not desperate to sell it so, even though I am open to offers, please don't submit any ridiculous ones. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me. I will be uploading more pictures in a few days. |

Ford, Toyota clean up in Best Car For The Money Awards
Fri, 22 Feb 2013The U.S. News Best Cars for the Money Awards picks winners by looking at the average transaction price, five-year total cost of ownership, the regard a car has from the automotive press, reliability figures from J.D. Power and Associates and safety data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The result, according to the magazine, is "the best combination of critical acclaim and long-term value."
Ford nabbed six of the 21 categories that received awards this year, the Focus, Fusion, Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Escape and Edge getting trophies. Toyota and its Lexus and Scion sub-brands took another five, the Tacoma and Tundra owning the two categories given to pickup trucks. The other ten awards were split between Honda with three, Buick with two, and one each for Subaru, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mazda.

An inside look at Rhys Millen's new Pikes Peak Unlimited racer [w/video]
Sat, 15 Jun 2013Wider, Lower And Decidedly More Sinister
Rhys Millen was sitting on a cooler whittling away at a piece of aluminum when I first arrived at the expansive skidpad at the California Proving Grounds, owned by Hyundai, located in a desolate part of the California desert about a dozen miles east of Mojave. By the time I had walked over to the accomplished driver for introductions, he had picked up a piece of sandpaper and begun to arduously file away at the alloy's rough edges, smoothing them masterfully.
He was focused on the job, but I politely interrupted him and asked what he was making. Ryhs looked up, smiled, and then grabbed a few zip-ties and asked me to come over to the new Hyundai RMR PM580-T, destined for the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in just two short weeks, raised on its air jacks just a few yards away.
Hyundai offers three free years of Blue Link safety tech [w/videos]
Mon, 20 May 2013As of now, the Assurance Connected Care service that Hyundai introduced at the New York Auto Show with the 2014 Genesis sedan is complimentary for three years on any vehicle equipped with the company's Blue Link telematic systems. It's the third service package to join the Blue Link suite, after Essentials and Guidance.
Assurance Connected Car provides owners with monthly vehicle reports, maintenance alerts, notification of diagnostic trouble codes and safety features like SOS emergency assistance and automatic collision notification sent to Blue Link agents. The service can also be transferred to new owners within the three-year timeframe. Owners who already have Blue Link can add Assurance Connected Care "at a reduced price," but Hyundai hasn't said what that price is yet.
There's a press release below with more details and four commercials to show you just what you could be missing out on.
