You are bidding on a 2008 GMC Sierra SLE Regular Cab Short Box pickup. The truck has 64000 miles currently it will go up as it is my daily driver. It has the 5.3 V8 automatic with 3.42 rear gears. It has 20" Denali take off rims with 70% tread and the speedometer and tire pressure monitoring system works as theses are factory sized wheels off a Denali. It has all power windows, locks, remote start, keyless entry, A/C, both audio and cruise controls are mounted on the steering wheel. I have paint matched all the dash plastics inside red like the exterior of the truck with yellow faced gauges. It has the ability for OnStar if you subscribe and XM radio as well. The truck has a black suede headliner and sun visors as well. The door handles and tailgate handles and mirror caps have been replaced with factory matching red ones as well. I removed all the emblems off the truck for a cleaner look and installed a billet grille. The truck is serviced every 3K with a K&N oil filter and Mobil 5W30 oil. The windshield was just replaced 2 weeks ago due to a rock hitting it. This truck is a real head turner the only reason for selling is I having a second child and this truck will not fit all of us. Sun, 12 Jan 2014Ford may not offer the Ranger in America anymore, nor Dodge (or Ram) its Dakota. But General Motors - not unlike Toyota with its Tacoma and Nissan with the Frontier - isn't about to give up on the midsize pickup market. Less than two months ago, it revealed the new Chevrolet Colorado, and now it's following up with its mechanical twin, the 2015 GMC Canyon.
Launched today ahead of its reveal at the Detroit Auto Show, the Canyon slots into the GMC lineup (and differentiates itself from its Chevrolet twin) with styling that closely apes the larger GMC Sierra 1500 and Sierra HD, only a size or two smaller. Oh, there are visual differences, like a subtly different grille treatment and lower fascia, but it still maintains its big brother's square-jawed good looks and rectilinear flared fenders.
Two aluminum-block engines with direct injection and variable valve timing are available: a 2.5-liter inline-four comes standard with 193 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque, and a 3.6-liter V6 is available with 302 hp and 270 lb-ft. Buyers will also be able to choose between three bodystyle configurations, three trim levels and either two- or four-wheel drive. A six-speed automatic transmits the power to the road, but a six-speed manual is available on the base model with the 2.5 and 2WD, and there's an All Terrain package available on SLE models. A diesel is expected later.

Sat, 15 Jun 2013You can now put prices to your wildest option-sheet dreams of the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra. A microsite for the full-size pickup truck twins has been up since January, and now the full-blown configurator is live and ready to take your virtual orders. The only two chassis configurations available at the moment are the Crew Cab with either a short or standard bed - Regular and Double Cab versions will come later. In Silverado flavors that will run you $32,710 for the short box, $33,010 for the standard box, while the Sierra adds a $1,500 premium to both of those prices, and destination and handling for both models adds another $995.
Since these are American pickups the list of modifications is lengthy, but we added $11,450 in just two steps by starting with the Silverado Crew Cab and standard bed, then checking four-wheel drive and the LTZ Z71 package. Our final truck, resplendent in Brownstone Metallic paint, heated and cooled Cocoa/Dune perforated leather seating and tasty details like chrome recovery hooks, and engine block heater and LED cargo box lighting, rang up $57,285 at the candy store.
They'll be on dealer lots sometime this summer, so now's a good time to start practicing your box-checking.
