SUPER CLEAN 1970 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE 302 CAR THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY GONE THRU, ALL THE METAL PANELS WERE STRIPPED DOWN TO BARE METAL AND ETCH PRIMED, EPOXY PRIMED, THEN SMALL AMOUNT OF BODY WORK DONE TO MAKE THE PANELS EXCEPTIONALLY STRAIT AND ALL THE LINES STRAIT AND TRUE, THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR WAS PRIMED THEN BED GUARDED, INSIDES OF DOOR WERE ALSO PRIMED AND BED GUARDED ALONG WITH BACKS OF FENDERS, A FINAL COAT OF PRIMER WAS APPLIED AND THE BODY WAS REASSEMBLIED, CAR IS READY TO BE FINAL SANED, SEALED AND PRIMED, FLOORS ARE PERFECT, TORQUE BOXES ARE PERFECT, TRUNK FLOOR  ALSO PERFECT, PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT THE PICTURES

NEW CARPET, REAR BUMPER, DOOR HANDLES , BLACK CONVERTIBLE TOP,  THE TOP IS JUST LOOSELY INSTALLED AND WILL NEED TO BE PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED, THE CAR CAME WITH A NEW BLACK TOP BUT I WOULD HAVE THE CORRECT WHITE ONE INSTALLED IF IT WAS UP TO ME, NEW DASH PAD, QUICK FUEL CARB, AND MUCH MUCH MORE, DOOR HINGES REBUILT WITH NEW PINS AND BUSHINGS, THE FRONT LOWER VALANCE HAS BEEN REPLACED AND SO HAS THE REAR LOWER VALANCE, THE GRILLE IS AN ORIGINAL FORD PART BUT THE GRILLE THAT CAME WITH THE CAR HAS THE TURN SIGNALS IN IT, IT WILL COME WITH THE CAR ALSO BUT NEEDS REPAIRED, I HAVE A NICE DUAL EXHAUST WITH FLOWMASTER MUFFLES AND CROSSOVER TUBE THAT ALSO GOES WITH THE CAR BUT WILL HAVE TO BE INSTALLED, THERE IS A LOT OF NEW AND REBUILT ON THE CAR JUST TOO MUCH TO LIST EVERYTHING

 THE SEATS WILL NEED TO BE RECOVERED AND I WOULD PUT NEW DOOR PANELS IN, ALL THE RUBBER SEALS WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED AND A COUPLE CHROME PIECES, I HAVE ANOTHER SET OF CONVERTIBLE PINCH WELD CHROME ON THE QUARTER PANELS THAT IS IN BETTER CONDITION AND THAT WILL ALSO GO WITH THE CAR, SHOULD BE BETTER FOR RECHROMING, ALSO HAVE THE CORRECT BLACK TEXTURED BACKINGS FOR THE SLOTS ON THE FRONT FENDER EXTENSIONS,

the vin number is 0f03f145784 sorry it is very small and I misread it

the engine compartment was media blasted, etch primed, surface primed and then covered with a urethane semi gloss black with hardner, very hard and durable and definitely not from a spray can, the front apron by the battery box was replaced, it was spot welded in place just like the original, new battery box was also installed, the front apron on the drives side was also removed and new panel spot welded back in, the hood, fenders, doors and deck lid were all sanded down to bare metal, these are all original ford panels and are not repros, the bed guard used on the bottom, and backsides is a 2 part gallon kit of Kevlar and epoxy, by the time I was done over 4 gallons were used, there is a lot of space to be covered and I did not want to cut any corners, this is the closest to the original finish I could come up with, again this is not spray cans but very durable and clean looking

every panel was and part was removed cleaned inside and out, painted and or coated inside and out so it will last, 2 part seam sealer was used to duplicate the factory finish on the seams, a lot of really  nice work has been done, this will be a great project that will be very nice and clean when done, thanks
