1974 Ford Bronco

351W with GT40 heads, aluminum intake, built 2bbl carb

Power Steering ARB air lockers- front and rear axles,

 ARB compressor

Custom drive shafts 2 into 1 - three inch exhaust

38 Mickey Thompsons with aluminum rims (different tires & wheels in some pictures) OR can come with Centerline true Bead Lock Wheels and tires (seen in most of the pictures).

On board air- converted York with under body storage tank (in addition to arb dual compressor)

WINCH HAS BEEN REMOVED - no winch included

Rock Skies

Custom long arms

rock crawler springs

Dual shocks on each wheel with hoops

4 Wheel Power Disc Brakes

Roll cage with cage mounted 3 point seats for all four people (driver, passenger and two for rear fold and tumble seat)

Aftermarket front and rear -fold&tumble seats with 3 point seat belts

Aftermarket guages

  Later model steering column

Tubular front and rear bumper w/tire carrier in the back and custom Ford logo on ends

Decent paint but DOES have some trail scrapes, bumps and lumps

The actual body has very, very little rust (California car).

Fender flares. Note door frames were cut, removable door frames added.

Currently, the hardtop does have the rare chrome window trim and even harder to find drip rail chrome. May swap the hard top for a new white softop. Not perfect but a nice bronco with aggressive stance and a great look for the trails or the shopping mall. Over 40k spent making this an awesome trail and street rig (take a minute to add up the parts costs). This was built to handle the tough stuff but has been mainly street and easy trail driven.

This is the same family that had this Bronco listed earlier, not someone just reselling. Thanks

Would consider Toyota FJ Cruiser in trade if agreed to prior to action close and ALL EBAY rules and policies are followed.

Ford Escort returns... as a concept

Sat, 20 Apr 2013

Ford is kickin' it old school at the Shanghai Motor Show for 2013 with a new Escort Concept - "a name that stirs up thoughts of basic, affordable transportation rather than great driving dynamics or bold design" as we said in our initial preview of the small C-segment sedan. Or, as Ford puts it, "Customers in China described seeking a vehicle that is stylish - but not one that is arrogant or pretentious." Potato, potahto...
It's an interesting amalgam of design notes with Ford's recent and stylish hexagonal grille up front, flanked by some pretty busy LED light clusters and chrome-trimmed air intakes at the lower extremities of the fascia, but the Escort Concept is not altogether unattractive. Besides its external appearance, we really don't have much information to report - Ford has not yet hinted at what may be powering this little machine, but we'd expect something with four cylinders and less that 2.0 liters of displacement sending a modest number of horses to the front tires.
It probably goes without saying, but we don't expect to see this Escort make its way to the United States, since we already have the Focus and the Fiesta battling it out in the econobox segment. That said, it's very likely to spawn a production model that will roll out here in China and in other developing market where multiple C-segment entries are becoming increasingly common. Check out our high-res image gallery of live images above, and let us know what you think of the car's styling, then scroll down below for the official press release.

Ford Escort returns, just not for US

Sat, 19 Apr 2014

Ford is set to give the burgeoning Chinese market its very own C-segment model, while also reviving one of the brand's more notable nameplates. The new Escort, which will make its world debut at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show will be built in the People's Republic at the Changan Ford joint venture facility.
The Escort's exterior is best thought of as a mix of the finer points from the US market Focus and Fusion, with the Aston Martin-ish grille and narrow, wraparound taillights presenting a clean look at either end of the car. It's all fairly true to the concept car from last year's Shanghai Motor Show. That said, this exterior job is almost too clean. There doesn't seem to be a lot of character or substance beyond the typical Ford looks.
There's a similar issue in the cabin - it all looks pretty nice, but the design is rather plain, particularly when viewed alongside the display-filled cabin of a US-spec car. Still, there looks to be a fair amount of space in both the front and back seats, and the trunk isn't exactly tiny, either.

2015 Ford Mustang Convertible makes inappropriate appearance in Detroit [w/video]

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

With the polar vortex fresh in the minds of Autoblog's Detroit-based staff, we're finding it funny that any manufacturer would choose January in the Motor City to show off a new and highly anticipated convertible to the general media and public for the first time. But Ford has done just that, giving us our first real peek at the new Mustang Convertible in the flesh.
The new Mustang Convertible is more or less unchanged from the standard coupe, with some subtle styling tweaks to accommodate the retractable soft top. Engine and transmission choices are identical to the hardtop, although we should expect slightly lower performance due to the hardware for the roof. Like the coupe, neither prices nor performance metrics have been published yet for the convertible.
Hop up top for our live gallery of images from the floor of the Detroit Auto Show.
