2013 Viper GTS White exterior, No Stripes. Red GTS leather interior.

I booked this Viper on November 12, 2012. The VOTS (viper order tracking system) number is 28071412 and the VIN is 1C3ADEBZ9DV400034.  The car has been ordered through Roanoke Motors in IL. As of now, the car is supposed to be manufactured and delivered sometime in April- could be late March or could be May. The order status can be checked using the VOTS number OR the VIN at any time. Currently shows as "Production scheduled" as of February 25, 2013.
The MSRP on the car is $126, 090. I have already made a $5000 down payment as a deposit to secure the early order. The "buy it now" price has been set at $6900 so that I would recover my $5000 deposit, the balance would be what the buyer is agreeing to pay above the MSRP.
The buyer will have $121,090 due at the time of delivery after paying me this "buy it now" price.

The buyer of this listing will commit to buy this car from Roanoke motors at the time it is ready for delivery. The listing price is to be paid immediately at the time this listing ends. The remaining amount will be due at the time of delivery and will be paid directly to the dealer.

The window sticker is as follows:
GTS viper $120,395
Rattler Matte Black Wheels- $1100
Gas Guzzler Tax- $2600
Destination fees- $1995
TOTAL MSRP- $126,090.

If you have any questions, please email me.

Dodge Journey gets new $24,895* SE V6 AWD model

Wed, 12 Mar 2014

While the Dodge Journey crossover remains largely unchanged for the 2014 model year, there are two new flavors of the seven-passenger CUV on offer: the butch-looking Crossroad, and the SE V6 AWD, pictured right, which makes its debut today. As its name suggests, this new Journey model features the automaker's 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, and offers all-wheel drive, which, with a starting price of $24,895 (*excluding $995 for destination), reduces the cost-of-entry for an AWD-equipped Journey by $1,800 versus the SXT AWD model. Scroll down for the official press blast.

Dodge not being dropped by Chrysler, CEO reaffirms

Mon, 16 Sep 2013

Dodge isn't going anywhere. Despite some rumor and speculation over the future of the crosshair grille and the cars that wear it, Dodge brand boss, Tim Kuniskis, sat down with TheDetroitBureau.com, explaining that the marque isn't going anywhere. His sentiments echo those of SRT boss Ralph Gilles, who told a group of enthusiasts in July that "Dodge is here to stay!"
Dodge's death won't be "a part of a master plan to consolidate brands," Kuniskis told TheDetroitBureau.com. Instead, the brand, which is ultimately under the command of Fiat/Chrysler CEO, Sergio Marchionne, will likely ditch some of its badge-engineered models, like the Dodge Grand Caravan. A more focused Dodge, which was something Gilles has already hinted at, will likely see it exploring areas of the market that haven't been exploited by other Chrysler brands.
Kuniskis, not surprisingly, wasn't willing to delve into any detailed product plans, telling TDB that the size of the brand's lineup "remains to be seen." Regardless of how big the brand actually ends up being (it is presently Chrysler's volume brand - and not by a little), hopefully the statements from Kuniskiss can put the rumors of a Dodge closure to bed.

Roadkill pits every project car against each other

Sat, 22 Feb 2014

The guys behind Motor Trend's monthly Roadkill series have collected nine of their favorite project cars from their videos and pitted them against each other in a battle royale to determine a winner. It's 44 minutes long, but it's completely worth the investment of time.
The cars run the gamut from a 1973 Chevrolet Ramp Truck, a 1975 AMC Pacer and a legitimately impressive 1967 Chevy Camaro, and they are pitted against each other to see which is the fastest around an autocross course. The drivers include Roadkill's two hosts and Motor Trend's Johnny Lieberman and Carlos Lago. It's reminiscent of the best episodes of Top Gear and worth a watch.
So it's the weekend - the perfect time to relax. Grab your preferred beverage, get comfortable and enjoy 44 minutes of some seriously ratty but utterly cool project cars as they are throttled within an inch of their lives (or past it). Scroll down to check out the video.
