Original Owner. Well Used. Well Maintained. Some cosmetic issues, but great mechanically. We've always had the governor set at 70 mph, so it's never been run too hard. You can reset it if you want. This truck has never let us down.
A/C has a leak, but can be fixed, we got a quote at the end of last summer. Needs a new horn. The water pump, tensioner and serpentine were done about a year ago. Transmission circuit board was done about 2 years ago. Brakes done last year. Front end tightened up last year. 2 new tires/2 with about 15k mi left. Driver's door replaced 2 years ago. Rear Driver's side cargo door replaced 3 years ago. The truck has never been wrecked, but has had its share of bumps and bruises. Front bumper backed in a little, dent in front of driver's side rear, dent after pass. side rear. All doors work perfectly. You can see a few dents and scrapes, but at 9 years old that's to be expected. You can logo this up and put it to work tomorrow. I have more pics and can take pics of any specific area you like. It was used as a furniture delivery truck. Mostly sofas, dining tables/chairs and beds. |

Chrysler investing $20M in Toledo plant to support 9-speed auto production
Sun, 28 Apr 2013In 2011, Chrysler announced a $72-million investment in its Toledo Machining Plant to modernize production of the eight- and nine-speed torque-converters for automatic transmissions made there. That upgrade work won't be finished until Q3 of this year, but Chrysler has already announced a further $19.6-million investment to increase production capacity for the nine-speeders.
The extra units will be necessary because the nine-speed transmission they'll be mated to is going into three popular models: it will debut on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee, then go into the Chrysler 200 and Dodge Dart. The company predicted that this year alone it would sell 200,000 units equipped with the nine-speed tranny, and it is spending some $374 million in addition to the investment in Toledo to upgrade production capacity for it.
The work attached to this new investment won't begin until Q3 of 2014, and it will be finished by the end of that year. There's a press release below with all the details.
Fiat-Chrysler shows its SEMA lineup
Fri, 24 Oct 2014Fiat Chrysler Automobiles already previewed its 2014 SEMA show lineup with some slick renders. Now, the automaker has finally showed us the actual cars, and among the group there are definitely some that stand out more than others.
Dodge is really showing off its muscle at this year's show with four concepts that all pump up the power of the brand's models. Perhaps most interesting among them is the Challenger T/A Concept (pictured above) in striking Sublime Green and matte black. It's meant to resemble the classic Trans Am racer from the '70s. Under the hood is a 6.4-liter V8, and to fit the vintage style there's a pistol-grip gearshift inside.
The Charger R/T also gets some attention with the Mopar concept that shows off what FCA's aftermarket performance arm can do. Mods include an updated body kit, cold-air intake for the 5.7-liter V8 and a coil-over suspension kit. Beyond that, the Dart R/T Concept looks a lot meaner with a black hood with duct work that leads straight to the air intake. The rest of the compact sedan is dolled up in O-So-Orange paint and is fitted with upgrades to improve handling like a coil-over suspension and big brake kit from the Mopar catalog.
