Dodge Power Wagon - M37 - 1952 - No Reserve on 2040-cars
Medford, Oregon, United States
THIS IS A SWEET TRUCK, IT GETS LOTS A TON OF ATTENTION EVERY TIME I TAKE IT OUT, EVEN MORE THAN MY MUSCLE CARS GET. THIS M-37 HAS A DODGE 360 AND A NP435, IT RUNS AND DRIVES. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OUT OF A 1973 W250, I HAVE NO INFORMATION ON THE MILEAGE. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO 12V AND ALL LIGHTS FUNCTION. THE TOP WAS MADE BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER, THE TRANSMISSION WAS ALSO REBUILT BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER, IT HAS A VIBRATION SOUND BUT SHIFTS AND FUNCTIONS FINE. THE BODY SEEMS TO BE RUST FREE AND STRAIGHT, IT IS MISSING, THE SPARE TIRE HOLDER ON DRIVERS DOOR, TAILGATE, AND A TOOL BOX DOOR. THE INTERIOR NEEDS TO BE RECOVERED ALSO MISSING BACK REST FOR PASSENGER SEAT AND THE DOG HOUSE ATTACHED, DRIVER SIDE AXLE REAR AXLE SEAL IS LEAKING. THERE IS A HYDRAULIC PUMP UNDER DRIVERS SEAT, I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER THAT FUNCTIONS OR NOT THIS IS A GREAT RUNNING AND DRIVING PROJECT.
FEEL FREE TO CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS. IT IS A USED VEHICLE SO IT IS SOLD AS/IS, FEEL FREE TO COME CHECK IT OUT. THE TRUCK IS FOR SALE LOCALLY SO I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THE AUCTION. SHIPPING WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER, I WILL HELP WITH WHATEVER POSSIBLE. THANK YOU |

Dodge offers 100 years of solid advice in new ad
Fri, 18 Apr 2014This is a cool ad. Dodge, which is celebrating its centennial this year, recruited some of its peers to see what you should and shouldn't do in life. Of course, some are obvious - don't complain, learn from your mistakes and live for now.
Then again, some are less obvious. Some, actually, are downright awesome. Towards the end, each piece of advice is interspersed with clips of Dodge's redesigned Challenger smoking its tires. Really, this ad feels like it'd be worthy of a Super Bowl spot. This commercial's personal nature is really in keeping with some of the big game's most interesting ads, like the Imported From Detroit commercial, the Farmer ad and Maserati's surprise clip from this year's game.
Take a look below and let us know what you think.
Chrysler readying Hellcat V8 with Viper-like power
Tue, 21 May 2013A monstrous supercharged V8 engine could be in store for Chrysler and SRT products, if recent rumors are to be believed. Allpar is reporting that the forced-induction V8 - Chrysler's first, if this goes down - could make its debut this summer.
The story goes that the Hellcat would be based on a 6.2-liter Hemi engine, rather than on the existing 5.7- or 6.4-liter versions of the company's vaunted mill. In any case, the general consensus is that the motor will have gobs of power. Modest estimates call for between 500 to 570 horsepower, with some outliers predicting a figure as high as 600 hp. That figure would put the output would place the Hellcat awfully close to that of the 640-hp V10 in the SRT Viper, too. Allpar contends that a slightly lower powered version would allow Chrysler to keep costs below that of the more powerful Ford Shelby GT500, which might be a sweet spot.
The Hellcat could debut in a number of SRT products. SRT versions of the Charger, Challenger and 300 are all up for grabs, as is the rumored SRT Barracuda.
NHTSA investigating 110,000 Ram 2500s and 3500s, one death alleged
Fri, 23 May 2014The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has launched an investigation focusing on 110,000 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups from model years 2004 to 2006. One death has already been reported, according to NHTSA, due to a potential fault with the clutch interlocks on manual-transmission versions of the heavy duty pickup.
According to the report, these trucks can be started without depressing the clutch. There have been three reports so far, and as we mentioned above, one very sad incident seems to have resulted in the death of a child.
"One complaint involved an incident that occurred when a child was able to enter the vehicle and start the ignition without depressing the clutch. The vehicle then moved forward striking another child resulting in a fatality," NHTSA said in the investigation bulletin, which you can view below.
