1994 DIESEL Chevy Suburban. They stopped making these in '99 and this particular year is considered a collector's item.

This vehicle is practically a second home. It features three rows of seating. The 3rd row is removable and the 2nd row folds down completely.

The interior/exterior is in good condition. Some cosmetic scratches and dings to be expected with a vehicle of this age, but nothing major. No tears or rips in the upholstery and everything on the dash is in good working order. AC blows cold.

Buyer is responsible for pick-up. We will come and get you at the Montrose airport if necessary.

The following is a list of the work ($1600 +) we just had done on 7/6/2013 by a reputable mechanic:

This vehicle purrs on the highways and gets amazing gas mileage -- 19/20 MPG. You can get 700 miles on one tank of gas! The vehicle runs very well once you get her going, but does occasionally slip out of gear around town.

We have all receipts for the above work. We are not looking to get the money back we put into this vehicle. We will take a loss, because we are moving and need it gone. Our loss = your gain. Tires are also in excellent condition with 30,000 miles left. Please let me know if you have any questions.

2013 Chevy COPO Camaro announced with two new engines and manual option

Chevrolet is following up the 2012 COPO Camaro with another limited run of the drag-strip-ready production car for 2013. Ditching the superchargers, the 2013 COPO Camaro can only be equipped with one of three naturally aspirated V8 engines, and other new features include the option of a manual transmission, new front springs, some minor styling changes and a lower starting price of $86,000. All cars are designed to abide by the rules of the NHRA's Stock Eliminator or Super Stock classifications, depending on in which series buyers wish to enter their Chevrolet Camaro.
Returning for 2013 is the 427-cubic-inch V8 producing 425 horsepower, but the new engines include a 325-hp 350-CID V8 and a 375-hp 396-CID V8. Buyers can select to purchase all three engines, and each will be matched with the sequence number of that car; the track-only COPO cars will not have vehicle identification numbers and can't be registered for street use.
Chevrolet is also offering unique enthusiast-specific options such as a COPO Build Book and the opportunity for owners to help assemble their car's engine at the Chevrolet Performance Build Center in Wixom, MI.

Chevy gets cracking on Cruze EV fleet testing

The Chevrolet Volt hasn't yet gone on sale, but General Motors is looking at ways of expanding its electric vehicle lineup. Chevy, along with partner LG, is employing a group of all-electric cars in the form of the Cruze. The sedans are part of a demonstration fleet which is located in Seoul, South Korea and is being used to provide data in an electric vehicle research project. The goal is to gather information on driving patterns and charging behavior in addition to consumer acceptance.
The Cruze EVs, along with some Daewoo Lacetti Premieres EVs, are the first fleet of full-size electric vehicles and should provide invaluable information for The General. Staying full-size means not sacrificing cargo space, so the battery pack is mounted to the underbody, leaving the trunk area open for plenty recyclable, canvas grocery bags.
