1970 Chevelle Malibu for sale: This is an extremely nice Chevelle that has been in storage since 2006 driven only 100 miles since then. This is an all original Chevelle all numbers matching, has been painted in early 2000 and detailed recently,has all original bodyparts, bumpers, glass, weatherstrips, original interior, only the carpet and sill plates have been replaced on the interior, Very well detailed engine compartment, engine valves ground and heads rebuilt, new cam, lifters, timing chain and gears that has been matched close to original specs. 350 250hp 2 barrell carb, single exhaust. Engine runs like new, has working cruise control, A/C, and am radio. Everything works on the Chevelle. The trunk has the orignal tire jack and truck lamp. We found the orignal build sheet stuffed in the left front fenderwell all intact not ripped. Found second build sheet on the inner rear seat looks like new. Have documentation and the protecto plate. This car was sold at Clements Cheverolet Rochester Minnesota brand new shown on the build sheet. Purchased by the original owner 9-11-1970 I am believed to be the 4th owner. See photos / have many photos. These original Chevelle Malibu is getting harder to find as many are cloned to a tribute SS car. As I am the fourth owner I can not determine the miles to be correct but found an oil change note shown the car has not been driven over 6000 miles since 1989. This Chevelle Malibu is a very well documented car and will make a great investment car as prices go up in value. Man surprises girlfriend with C7 Corvette
Mon, 07 Oct 2013How would you react if someone just showed up at your place of work with a new, 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, complete with all the trimmings? While a lot of us would likely be flipping out over the still rare sports car, it's a fair bet many more of us would be responding like Pattie here, whose boyfriend stopped by her work to show her her new C7.
Speechless and shocked as she seems, she does end up taking it out for a drive, despite claiming she wasn't really outfitted to handle the car's seven-speed manual transmission at the time. From the sound of the video, we got the impression that she knew the car was coming, just not that it was anywhere near ready for delivery. It also, as Pattie says, seems like her boyfriend is more excited about the car than she (which, can we blame him?). Take a look down below for the full video of this C7 Stingray delivery.
2014 Chevrolet SS makes its live debut
Sat, 16 Feb 2013Chevrolet showed off the new 2014 SS in an airport hangar last night, its first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan in the US since the Impala SS from 1997. We'll have more to say about the SS later today, but this is the sedan that Chevrolet sees as the final piece in restoring its performance credentials. For those of you looking for a manual transmission, however, that wish will go unfulfilled - at least for now: the only two options buyers will have are the color and whether or not they want a sunroof.
We'll work on getting some more angles (in better light) today at Daytona International Speedway, but with fans seeing the car for the first time, we don't hold out much luck of getting a clear shot. So for now, enjoy the high-res gallery above.

Autoline Detroit recently played host to Bob Lutz, and, as is always the case, the former General Motors vice chairman dished out some great commentary. Lutz was promoting his new book Car Guys vs. Bean Counters: The Battle for the Soul of American Business, and talk quickly turned to his role as it related to product development and high-level decision making at GM. While on the topic of brand management, Lutz revealed a few rather interesting tidbits about his former employer:
