Chevy 3500 Silverado Dually 4wd 4x4 Turbo Diesel - Great Condition No Reserve on 2040-cars
Rome, New York, United States
1997 3500 diesel. Great condition for the year, runs great. Kentucky truck, perfect frame, only rust is on the bottom of the rockers. Interior is in good shape but could be cleaned. Truck is daily driven from NY to Florida, has 200k miles on it now but should have around 203k by the end of this auction. Has a hitch in the bed. 6.5 Turbo Diesel. Has a rough idle intermittently; had the truck checked out at a shop last week and they said the injectors tested good as well as the injection pump. Engine runs amazing, had a new lift pump and brand new GM Turbo installed within the last 20k miles. Vacuum system refreshed. Always ran power service diesel kleen with cetane booster because the new ultra low sulfur fuels don't lubricate like the old-school diesel did. Could use some new oil return line fittings as it leaks a little bit after it sits on the weekends, but doesn't burn any oil whatsoever. Tranny shifts good, isn't the smoothest truck in the world but it pulls like a peterbilt. 4 wheel drive works like new. Can deliver truck anywhere in the United States for a cost of $2.00/mile. Any questions just shoot me a message.

2013 Chevy COPO Camaro announced with two new engines and manual option
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Chevrolet is following up the 2012 COPO Camaro with another limited run of the drag-strip-ready production car for 2013. Ditching the superchargers, the 2013 COPO Camaro can only be equipped with one of three naturally aspirated V8 engines, and other new features include the option of a manual transmission, new front springs, some minor styling changes and a lower starting price of $86,000. All cars are designed to abide by the rules of the NHRA's Stock Eliminator or Super Stock classifications, depending on in which series buyers wish to enter their Chevrolet Camaro.
Returning for 2013 is the 427-cubic-inch V8 producing 425 horsepower, but the new engines include a 325-hp 350-CID V8 and a 375-hp 396-CID V8. Buyers can select to purchase all three engines, and each will be matched with the sequence number of that car; the track-only COPO cars will not have vehicle identification numbers and can't be registered for street use.
Chevrolet is also offering unique enthusiast-specific options such as a COPO Build Book and the opportunity for owners to help assemble their car's engine at the Chevrolet Performance Build Center in Wixom, MI.
Chevy shows much-improved 2014 Corvette interior in new video
Mon, 11 Feb 2013If you want a closer look at what went into designing and building the interior for the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette, we've got just the thing. General Motors has released a new video detailing the cabin's evolution from conception to execution, complete with commentary from Ryan Vaughn, performance car interior design manager with Chevrolet. The quick clip details how manufacturing, engineering and design within General Motors worked together from the first sketches to ensure no compromises had to be made later down the line. How novel.
With plenty of hides traced with contrast stitching and available real carbon fiber trim, the cabin looks to be a few hundred miles ahead of the C6. Given how readily critics derided the previous generation for its cabin, the C7 should make writers work a little harder to find something to complain about. Check out the video below for yourself.
