THE WHEELS ON IT ARE 38X12.50X16.5LT SUPER SWAMPERS , THEY BOUGHT NEW WHEN I STARTED BUILDING TRUCK. TIRES ARE OLD WILL NEEDED TO BE CHANGED OUT .SHOULD NOT OF BOUGHT THEM EARLY IN BUILD . THE RIMS ARE EAGLES NEW . THE MOTOR IS A 350 4 BOLT MAIN WITH TRW PINTONS/30 OVER , MOTOR WAS GONE THROUGH ,700R TRANY , THIS TRUCK HAS MANY NEW PARTS , RADIATOR,GAS TANK ,BREAK LINES, GAS LINES,RUBBER TAIL LIGHT ,TRIM .INTERRIOR ,TO MANY PARTS TO LIST, CAN ASK ANY THING U WANT . THIS TRUCK WAS MORE OF A PROJECT THEN I WANTED TO DO . ITS BEEN IN MY SHOP WAY TO LONG . THE TRUCK COMES WITH STOCK WHEELS AND 350 TRANY 4WHEEL DRIVE , I HAVE THE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT JUST NEVER PUT IT IN . JUST RUN OUT OF TIME AND MONEY AND SPACE. ALL GAUGES WORK . Chevy gets cracking on Cruze EV fleet testing

The Chevrolet Volt hasn't yet gone on sale, but General Motors is looking at ways of expanding its electric vehicle lineup. Chevy, along with partner LG, is employing a group of all-electric cars in the form of the Cruze. The sedans are part of a demonstration fleet which is located in Seoul, South Korea and is being used to provide data in an electric vehicle research project. The goal is to gather information on driving patterns and charging behavior in addition to consumer acceptance.
The Cruze EVs, along with some Daewoo Lacetti Premieres EVs, are the first fleet of full-size electric vehicles and should provide invaluable information for The General. Staying full-size means not sacrificing cargo space, so the battery pack is mounted to the underbody, leaving the trunk area open for plenty recyclable, canvas grocery bags.
Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future
Wed, 19 Nov 2014The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
General Motors shaking up its marketing... again
Wed, 13 Mar 2013One of the things that dogs the full comeback of General Motors is the instability of its marketing. That part of the automaker got yet another big shakeup today when GM confirmed what I have been tweeting for a few days - strong rumors that the Chevrolet and Cadillac ad accounts are walking to new ad agencies.
Cadillac, GM's luxury brand, is going into review from Fallon Worldwide, Minneapolis and the indications are that Campbell-Ewald, Chevy's old ad shop, will end up with most or all of it. C-E just announced that it was moving from its long-time home in Warren, MI to a new downtown Detroit office next to Ford Field, just blocks from GM.
The other shoe to drop shortly will be the shift of GM's most important brand, Chevy, from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners of San Francisco to McCann-Erickson of Troy, MI. McCann used to be the agency for Buick and GMC, as well as GM's corporate advertising, and has retained some pieces of business over the last few years. Sources have even told us that it was McCann that did a lot of the creative work on Chevy's new ad platform, Find New Roads. (Not to be confused with a former McCann tagline for Saab, "Find Your Own Road.")
