1977 Chevy Silverado 20 C-10 C10 Squarebody 454ci Big Block Swb Short Bed C20 on 2040-cars
Fresno, California, United States
Selling a all original 1977 Chevy Silverado C-20 Shortbed Factory big block 454ci big block & a turbo hydramatic transmission with a factory transmission cooler & factory dual exhaust. The owner special ordered this Short bed C-20 with a 12 bolt rear end with locking differential & a heavy duty chassis. It's still has a five lug bolt pattern with disc brakes up front. It's equipped with tilt wheel, power steering & A/C that blows cold. Has dual fuel tanks. The original jack is still under the hood & the spare is under the bed. The body is fairly straight other than a few scrapes & dings which I tried to show in the pictures. The original paint has it's flaws here & there that'd you expect from a 37yr old truck. The seat has a few tears in it as well. The windshield has a few rock chips but no cracks & the rear bumper is bent. Has the OG California blue plates & factory hub caps, also has the original owners manual. It's a really nice solid running & driving truck. It passed smog with ease & the guy said he'd never seen a truck this old with all the original equipment still on it. I have a clean title in my name & just smogged it last week, it's tagged till July 2014. If you have any questions send me an e-mail, Thanks.

Autoblog Podcast #327:
Pure Vision Design TT Camaro has 1,400 reasons to want it
Wed, 06 Nov 2013We've talked about Pure Vision Design before, a California-based company that made waves at last year's SEMA show with its Martini-liveried, Indy-car-powered Ford Mustang. That same car later starred in a Petrolicious video we showed you just a few weeks back. The company's latest creation is a menacing car it calls the Pure Vision Design TT Camaro. Based on a 1972 model, this car shares the Martini Mustang's clean styling and obsession with details.
Unlike the Mustang, which draws its power from a mid-60s Lotus-Ford Indycar engine, the "TT" in this Camaro's name implies something far more potent. The Nelson Racing Engines 427-cubic-inch V8 has been fitted with a pair of turbochargers, with a claimed output of 1,400 horsepower. That's almost 1,000 more than the Martini Mustang.
A six-speed Magnum transmission dispatches that power to the ground, while Pirelli PZero tires are tasked with (somehow) trying to grip the road. Baer brakes hide behind those HRE rims, while JRI coilovers and HyperTech springs bless the Camaro with some degree of competency in the bends.
Corvette Stingray Convertible images mysteriously appear on web, so we add our own
Tue, 22 Jan 2013It was inevitable that we'd see the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray topless at some point, but that didn't make us any less interested when a pair of supposedly leaked official images showed up on theautoinsiderblog.com last week. We posted them on our Facebook page, but held off reporting on them here until we could get a little more information.
Those images, which feature a dark red car on a sterile black studio background, supposedly first appeared on the website of diecast model maker Maisto. A Chevrolet spokesman has been reported saying that they are "not official images released by Chevrolet PR," which isn't a denial they're the real deal, but neither is it a confirmation.
Close examination of the photos suggest they could be official shots of the Corvette Stingray Convertible, and while some have doubted their authenticity due to a lack of vents (which were seen on the C7s that debuted in Detroit last week), it could be that the images are of a base model car without the Z51 package that doesn't require the extra venting and cooling.
