Low, wide and slick this short bed hauler demands your attention. The Slick Jet Black body is full of abundant reflections. Tastefully done and straight as an arrow. The black paint is close to perfect and I get compliments everytime I take it out. This truck has been lowered 2 inches in the front and 3 inches in the rear and rides on 18"Coys wheels with 255/55R18 tires. Power is provided by a 454 Big Block V8 equipped withEldelbrock4bbl carb, Edelbrock intake manifold,magnaflow dual exhaust and HEI ignition.Transferring the power is a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission and GM 12 bolt rear. It is equipped with power steering,power disc brakes,tilt wheel and air conditioning. This truck was an older frame off restoration that was completely gone over 2000 miles ago. At that time it received new paint and upholstery,new tinted glass including a tinted slider for the small back window.It also received a new instrument panel with the factory tach and gauges and a tilt steering column with a custom steering wheel.Over $10,000 was spent in parts not counting paint and upholstery. The pictures don`t do this truck justice. It looks much sharper in person. I suggest that all interested bidders should come and take a look at this truck .

Race Recap: 2013 Indianapolis 500 better than Bollywood; all the emotion, none of the music [spoilers]
Mon, 27 May 2013If the 2013 Indy 500 were a movie it would be the one expected to win all the little statues come awards season, and if it were an athlete it would have made spectators watch in awe as it broke record after record. And this kind of talk comes after last year's race was considered one of the best ever - the last lap hijinks in 2012 and Takuma Sato's crash leading to a podium ceremony straight out of a Golden Globes tearjerker.
But this year's race delivered more than anyone expected, from the 250,000 fans to the commentators to the IndyCar series itself and, finally, to the guy who hopped through a two-mile window on Lap 197 to take the lead and keep it until the end.

Relatively simple tasks such as brake jobs and oil changes are difficult when you don't have dedicated driveway space, to say nothing of more in-depth repairs... like pulling an engine, for example.

Race Recap: 2013 Twelve Hours of Sebring, cakewalk up front, grindfest out back [w/spoilers]
Tue, 19 Mar 2013This year's 12 Hours of Sebring wasn't exactly a foregone conclusion because we're still talking about racing, and anything can happen when the speeds are as high as the adrenaline and the desire. But we're still talking about Audi bringing it's two top-spec racers - and its huge budget and its nearly neurotic attention to detail - to a race that it uses as a test bed for The 24 Hours of Le Mans and as a way to open the endurance racing season with a victory.
Besides, 12 hours is a long time, especially at Sebring, and things didn't go all Audi's way. On top of that, although it was a pretty quiet race, behind the Audis things got even grimier, with plenty of battles, plenty of mechanical issues, and the new BMW Z4 GTE and Viper GTS-R being race tested. Oh, and that brand new chromed-out DeltaWing...
