Nice clean older Cadillac original Florida car, senor owned. ( bought in Clearwater FL) Very clean. Has minor small scratches and dings as expected with a 18 year old car ,but a very clean and shiny Cadillac.. Very well maintained, New coil packs, plugs and wires and EGR valve.. Runs Excellent. I have moved and need to sell, you can drive this car anywhere. Radio does not work well, have a new antenna uninstalled. Interior is Very nice and clean and the paint shines nice. Having trouble uploading pictures sorry so let me try to describe vehicle better. Interior has no rips or tears or stains. great shape. Everything works great except the Radio, nice Bose sound system. Good gas mileage . The passenger side mirror is a little lose and has a scratch but works fine. Rear bumper has a couple small scratches and lower driver and passenger doors have very small dents. I have left the country for a few months and want to sell as it is not needed. Tires good 50% tread. I drove this car from Miami to Las Vegas in January ,I would not hesitate to drive across the country again. Car is Located in Henderson NV ( Green Valley area )

Carpool Deville aims to be the world's fastest hot tub
Wed, 16 Jul 2014The world needs crazy inventors with wild dreams. While we might not long for the things that they create, their contraptions certainly make the day a little more enjoyable. Take the Carpool Deville as an example. Nobody (well, almost nobody) is asking for a hot tub fashioned from a 1969 Cadillac that is still drivable. But now that you know that such a beast exists, don't try to tell us you aren't at least intrigued.
The team behind the six-year-long project has a pretty ingenious setup worked out. The Caddy's original 472-cubic-inch (7.7-liter) V8 both provides propulsion and heats the water. The interior is entirely replaced with a watertight, fiberglass tub that includes working jets, and the controls are all done by hand.
As if just building a mobile hot tub isn't enough, the team behind the Carpool Deville plans to take it racing too. Specifically, they intend to go to the Bonneville Salt Flats later this year to make a top speed run while immersed in water at over 100 degrees. They even have a roll cage all set to install to meet the safety requirements there.
Cadillac ELR, Nissan Resonance and Ford Atlas win Eyes on Design awards
Fri, 18 Jan 2013This year's annual Eyes on Design awards were presented at the end of press days for the Detroit Auto Show on Tuesday. Given out for the best production and concept car designs that debuted at the show, and voted on by an esteemed panel of actual car designers, this year's award for best production vehicle design went to the 2014 Cadillac ELR. The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette, which was the show favorite among Autoblog editors, apparently did not impress the Eyes on Design judges enough with its all-new vent-festooned design.
The award for best concept design was actually split as a tie among the Nissan Resonance and Ford Atlas concepts. Last year's winners were the 2013 Ford Fusion and the Lexus LF-LC concept.
The Eyes on Design organization also presented a new honor this year called the Catalyst Award to Bob Lutz, former Vice Chairman of General Motors. Lutz is reported to have given a defense of design in his acceptance speech, arguing that advancements in quality across the industry as a whole have made good design a key differentiator for buyers.
