Garage Kept, non smoker, always pampered, never driven hard.

Someone is going to get the deal of a lifetime. Everywhere I go people are coming up to me asking about the car and can’t believe it is over 10 years old. I purchased the vehicle and immediately put over $2,000 in maintenance items to get everything “top notch”. I have over $15,000 in maintenance receipts on record and recently spent over $1,000 on new tires front/back. Don’t let the miles scare you, they are 90% highway since I travel between two office’s that are over 300 miles apart every other day.

New front and rear tires less than 200 miles. 285/30/19 Toyo Proxies T1 Sports in rear and 235/35/19 Falken FK452 in Front.

This vehicle has been maintained religiously including: New Transmission, Flywheel, Clutch, Throw out bearing and Inspection 2 in December of 2012, Front and Rear Tires, Vanos Hub and Solenoid, Koni Sport and Eibach Springs,Air Filter, Ipod Integration, Navigation, HK's, Newer Exhaust Manifolds/Cats and O2's, Idler Pulley, Drive Belt, Tensioner Pulley, AC Tensioner, MultiRib Belt, Spark Plugs, Fuel Filter, Cabin Filter, Brake Fluid, Primary & Secondary Air Hose, Valve Cover Gaskets, ect..

There was a parking lot incident that I don’t even think shows up on Carfax but I want to be as up front as possible. The bumper was scratched and repainted, no air bags deployed or anything like that. Just last week I started having issues with the power top, sometimes it won’t go down on its own and I have to give it a budge. I am sure it is something as simple as a fuse or more hydraulic fluid needed. I just don’t have the time anymore between the baby coming and owning my own business. The traction control fault sometimes lights up, I always turn the traction control off that way there is never an issue. Like I said, there are no stories with this car. I am very meticulous with my vehicles and being clear as possible with all my listings on Ebay. This will make the perfect weekend cruiser or daily driver for someone. Keep in mind this is a 12 year old vehicle. The driver’s side seat does show some wear and there is a small broken plastic piece in the top. I have done my best to list the vehicle as accurately as possible and take detailed pics. As is, no warranty expressed or implied.

Please let me know if you have any questions and I am confident you will thoroughly enjoy your purchase! Please, no third party inquiries and no trades (or at least don't tempt me :)  ).

Are you a BMW M4 GTS track car in disguise?

Wed, 10 Sep 2014

BMW is always happy to extract a little bit more gumption out of its M cars, just look at the latest 30th anniversary M5 or even the earlier CSL variants of the M3 for proof. Now, It looks like we might be getting the first glimpse of an even hotter M4, and it's wearing very interesting livery.
Our spies recently shot this M4 that could preview a future GTS version. It's all done up in MotoGP decals, but that might just be a ruse. This car sports a camouflaged lower air dam and rear wing, but those parts don't appear to be from an actual series safety car. The chin spoiler seems larger, and the rear wing is completely different. You can also spot an obvious Recaro logo on the driver's seat in one of the photos. Plus, the BMW emblem is removed at the back.
The disguised changes and odd choice of decals make this prototype incredibly weird. A BMW exec said at the beginning of the year that there were "no plans whatsoever to make a lighter, harder version just yet," of the M3 or M4, despite earlier rumors to the contrary. Check out the gallery to see what you think this is.

BMW performance engineering boss wants an M7

Mon, 16 Dec 2013

Audi has the S8, Mercedes has the S63 AMG and Jaguar has the XJR, but BMW has always held that an M7 wasn't justified, leaving its associated Alpina line to tackle that market with the B7 (pictured). The chief engineer at the M division, however, feels otherwise.
Speaking to Autocar, the BMW M development chief Albert Biermann indicated that he would like to see the M division do a performance version of the 7 Series to compete with the above-mentioned models, but that there are no current plans in place to do so. Neither did he specify what kind of engine it would have, or if it would be badged, for that matter, as an M7 or an M Performance model.
The latter is the approach which the M division is reportedly taking with performance versions of BMW crossovers beyond the X5 M and X6 M, such as the X3 and upcoming X4. The division is also said to be developing a performance-tuned xDrive system to compete with AMG's new all-wheel-drive models, as well as a potential M3 GT to join the new M3 sedan and M4 coupe with a slantback bodystyle.

BMW expects China to pass US as its top market in 2013

Thu, 11 Jul 2013

When you combine two billion citizens, 100 cities with more than a million inhabitants and an economy that's as unrestrained as Jim Cramer on an Adderall binge, China's explosive auto industry growth shouldn't be a huge surprise. Audi already lists the communist country as its largest market, while Mercedes-Benz is expecting it to be there in the next few years. Now, according to a report from Automotive News, BMW is expecting the People's Republic to overtake the United States in sales by the end of 2013.
We already discovered the extent that BMW is going to in establishing a dedicated Chinese stronghold, when we explored BMW's Shanghai-based DesignWorks studio ahead of April's Shanghai Motor Show. And while we argued that DesignWorks Shanghai hasn't really borne fruit, it isn't due to a lack of sales.
BMW China has seen a 16-percent jump in year-over-year sales, lead by a 28-percent gain in 5 Series sales. Part of BMW's growth strategy comes from an ever-expanding dealership network. Remember those 100 cities we mentioned with over one million people? According to Karsten Engel, CEO of BMW's Chinese operations, those 100-million-plus city dwellers don't have access to a premium dealership.
