Beautiful 1991 BMW 850i Red with Black leather interior.
I have owned this car for 7 years, and it has been wonderful. I spent a lot of time and money upgrading it to get it to where it is now. This has been a problem free vehicle, and the amount of options for a 1991 vehicle are simply amazing. Must be seen to be fully appreciated. The car is lowered almost 2 inches with MK Motorsports Springs, and Bilstein Sport Shocks. MK Motorsports 18" Wheels with BMW 850i specific offsets(9.5" Front/11.5" Rear). Falken tires 245 front and 285 rear. Custom stainless steel exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers that sound great. Wokke german made engine chips that are simply fantastic, and I also have Bavarian Autosport chips if you prefer. I have a second set of wheels that are 17" Breyton Wheels(8.5" Front/9.5" Rear) with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. I have a MK Motorsport front bumper, front license plate delete piece(850csi), and a rear diffuser that will all be included with the sale of the vehicle. The sound system is amazing with a monoblock subwoofer amplifier, and a 4 channel amplifier for the inside speakers. I had the headliner replaced with a black headliner to match the interior. All of the necessary maintenance has been done you will not be disappointed!! BMW reveals i8 Concours d'Elegance Edition ahead of Pebble Beach
Mon, 11 Aug 2014If you want to be among the first owners in the United States of the new BMW i8, the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance will be the place to be next Saturday. That's where Gooding & Company will auction off this one-of-a-kind hybrid supercar.
The BMW i8 Concours d'Elegance Edition was previously slated to be the very first i8 in North America, but has now apparently been downgraded to the guarantee of being among the firsts. In any event, it packs a series of special touches to make it unique. For starters, it's decked out in matte grey with unique brown leather upholstery, blue accents and Pure Impulse Tera World trim, with BMW i8 logos embossed into the headrests, special treat plates and the signatures of several key BMW personnel on the rear parcel shelf.
Pending government approval, it's set to be the first vehicle in the US fitted with laser headlights, and comes equipped with a special key, Louis Vuitton luggage and a "professional edition" BMW Charging Station. BMW preparing two concepts for Villa d'Este
Thu, 20 Mar 2014Every spring, the finest automobiles ever to grace tarmac gather on the shores of Lake Como for the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. It's a chance for the most beautiful classics to compete for awards and for automakers and design studios to show off their concept cars under the soft light of the Italian sun. But while most of the vehicles old and new that show up for the concours are ones we've seen before, BMW takes things a step further.
As patron of the concorso d'eleganza for the past ten years, BMW regularly cooks up something new for the glamorous extravaganza. Last year it teamed up with Pininfarina for the Gran Lusso Coupé and revealed it alongside the Concept 90 motorcycle. The year before that came the BMW Zagato Coupe, preceded by the 328 Hommage and the M1 Hommage (pictured above) before it.
The theme for this year's event is the Roaring Twenties. BMW may not have been known back then on the same level as Bugatti or Duesenberg, but Rolls-Royce sure was.
