Thank you for viewing my daughters car , it just developed a issue which we dont want to fix so we are selling it AS-IS WHERE IS. The truck is a AWD vehicle which we have already replaced the transmission four months ago because we were told it needed a trans.So we purchased a used one with 61k miles and had AAMCO put it in trans and labor was $2750 we even provided our own fluids from the volvo dealer as well as put in a new trans filter at a cost of $365 we have all the receipts to prove it. Next the volvo dealer did a oil change and replaced the spark plugs and updated the new software for the trans and vehicle and they also replaced the sunroof drain plugs all to the tune off $850. Next we had a new headliner put in for $250 as you can see we put good money in to this vehicle for our daughter .But as of tuesday her urgent service transmission light came on we took it back to AAMCO and they informed us that our transmission cooler was leaking. And that to properly fix our problem it will be another $1200 at this point i have given up on this car.If you want it come and get it from my drive way i just leased my daughter a new hyundai elantra so this Suv has got to go.It runs and drives but i am told it is leaking trans fluid and i plan on selling it AS-IS .Also as of yesterday the instrument cluster comes on and off.I have also been told this is a common occurance on all volvos. I dont have the time to keep putting money into this car if you want a nice suv with Navigation here it is oh by the way the car is a lil dirty because my daughter has no regard so with a lil elbow grease this will make someone a hell of a car.75% of this suv has all new parts it just needs another 25% to make her great. O reserve the final bid takes her home we have title in hand and we believe in a full disclosure for a quick and easy transaction.Thank you for taking the time to read the description good luck and i look forward to meeting you when you come and get it..........................................

Watch Polestar talk about the development of its super S60
Fri, 03 May 2013Polestar is getting ready to deliver its first production car, the Volvo S60 Polestar. Letting the S60 stretch its legs, Polestar Racing driver Robert Dahlgren took the blue sedan from Barcelona, Spain to Jokkmokk, Sweden - stopping for wet-weather testing in Germany along the way.
Dahlgren narrates the journey of the "pilot project" that has 350 horsepower and around 368 pound-feet of torque, and will perhaps be the first in an era of hardcore Volvo production cars. It will go on sale in Australia this Summer, with other markets "under investigation." While we non-Aussies wait with fingers crossed, there's a video below to enjoy.
Volvo begins rolling out over-the-air software updates in the U.S.
Mon, Nov 1 2021Volvo announced that two of its models are now compatible with over-the-air software updates. The electric XC40 Recharge and three versions of the XC60 are eligible to receive a variety of wireless changes including driving range improvements and small bug fixes. The Swedish firm published details about its over-the-air software updating system shortly after going public. It's compatible with the new Android-based infotainment system found in many of its cars, including the C40 Recharge unveiled in 2021, and it works a lot like the similar technology that your smartphone features in the sense that the software updates itself; there's no need to stop by a dealer or plug in a USB drive. When an update is ready, a message appears on the dashboard-mounted touchscreen asking motorists if they want to download it. Owners of compatible cars in the United States received their first over-the-air software update last week. Labeled version 1.7, it notably added SiriusXM satellite radio compatibility. Volvo also noted that the XC40 Recharge received additional driving range during the update. Looking ahead, Volvo plans to wirelessly add new features and enhancements to the infotainment system. Only some 2021 and 2022 models can receive over-the-air updates. As of writing, the list of compatible cars is limited to the aforementioned XC40 Recharge, the XC60, the XC60 Recharge, and the XC60 Polestar Engineered.
