WARRANTIES:

All vehicles are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." No warranty is expressed, written or implied from the seller whatsoever; however, there may be a manufacturer’s factory warranty remaining on the vehicle. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied him self or her self as to the condition and value of this vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely.

Pre-sale inspections are not only welcome, but are recommended and encouraged. We will make every available effort to accommodate a time for either you or a certified mechanic of your choice to inspect this vehicle at our location. Please have all inspections done prior to bidding. Inspections companies are listed on our page and easily found on the web as well as within eBay. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Please remember the age of the unit that you are purchasing and expect to spend for repairs accordingly. If you have any questions about this vehicle - please ASK. Never assume anything not listed is included.

We reserve the right to end this listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale and to notify bidders and cancel this auction at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel bids placed from those with excessive negative feedbacks or zero feedbacks. PLEASE be realistic and realize that these are used vehicles and although we only buy the cleanest cars available, a nick or chip is always possible. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks and chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is only 2 years old. Classic cars will show difference in there condition based on whether original or restored expect normal wear and tear. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many ways below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit, especially on "no reserve" auctions. As such, we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the Extended Service Warranty (available on most cars). This will help defray the cost of mechanical repairs should any become necessary in the future. Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that does not change the fact that they are used vehicles and repairs may be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. All basic maintenance should be done to start off from scratch with your new vehicle we will check all fluids. While we to service any known defects it is always possible for any used vehicles to need service or repairs in the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc....do not always remain with the vehicle throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local Factory Dealer or here on eBay for a few dollars. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF A RESERVE IS PLACED AND NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER TO OFFER A SECOND CHANCE OPTION. TERMS OF THIS SALE YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE DESCRIBED ABOVE. DO NOT BID ON THIS AUCTION UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT OWNING THIS VEHICLE AND FULLY INTEND ON COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION!! NOTE: The winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time.A minimum deposit of $500.00 is due within 24 hours of auction end.DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM CLOSE OF AUCTION. All funds received MUST be by CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS or bank wire transfers. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, BANK DRAFTS OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED! Automakers face reality of EVs' cost — to jobs, and their bottom line

Tue, Sep 12 2017

Related: We obsessively covered the Frankfurt Motor Show — here's our complete coverage FRANKFURT, Germany — European car bosses gathering for the Frankfurt auto show are beginning to address the realities of mass vehicle electrification, and its consequences for jobs and profit, their minds focused by government pledges to outlaw the combustion engine. As the latest such announcement by China added momentum to a push for zero-emissions motoring, Daimler, Volkswagen and PSA Group gave details about their electric programs that could give policymakers some pause. Planned electric Mercedes models will initially be just half as profitable as conventional alternatives, Daimler warned — forcing the group to find savings by outsourcing more component manufacturing, which may in turn threaten German jobs. "In-house production is almost irrelevant to the consumer," Daimler boss Dieter Zetsche told reporters on the eve of the Frankfurt Motor Show, in the midst of a German election campaign in which automotive jobs have loomed large. The company set a target of saving 4 billion euros ($4.8 billion) by 2025 to help fund the cost of its electric cars. "Daimler is the first company to state explicitly how much electric vehicles are going to hurt margins," said Bernstein analyst Max Warburton. "It was brave to go first — but of course it won't be the last." Volkswagen, for its part, said it was seeking new global supplier contracts to source 50 billion euros ($60 billion) of electric car content including batteries, which are not yet manufactured competitively in Europe. "A company like Volkswagen must lead, not follow," Chief Executive Matthias Mueller told reporters. VW diesel emissions-cheating exposed by U.S. regulators in 2015 triggered global public outrage, dozens more investigations into test-rigging by the wider industry and a push by some lawmakers to ban diesel and eventually all engines. TIGHTENING NOOSE Tesla shares jumped nearly 6 percent on Monday after a Chinese minister said it was a question of when, not if, Beijing bans fossil-fuel cars, tightening the noose around the combustion engine. France and Britain have promised its outright abolition by 2040. But PSA, the maker of Peugeots and Citroens, said it was concerned about the risks if consumers were left behind in the rush, and a new generation of battery cars does not sell.
