1977 Triumph Spitfire 1500 on 2040-cars

Here is a 1977 Triumph Spitfire.  The car runs well, transmission shifts smooth and the overdrive works perfectly.  Car has a Weber 32/36 carburetor with headers.  We removed the gas tank, cleaned it, blew out the fuel lines and cleaned out the carburetor.  Car starts and runs fine.  We are offering the car as a restoration project.  Most lights, switches, and electrical items work, will need a little sorting.  The dash, dash top and gauges give a very nice appearance, no cracks or damage.  The car was originally Pageant  Blue, is mostly primer now.  Car needs a complete interior, seats are functional but need recovering.  The only rust issue we see is the outer edge of the passenger floor, see photos.  Also some pinholes on the right front fender lip.  Otherwise, just minor surface rust.  Car deserves a full restoration, but we just don't have the time at present.  Here's your chance to have the car finished to your specifications with your choice of colors.  Car will need to be trailered, NOT driven, from this location.
