Car was purchased new and continually kept in Southern CA. It is 100% original with no modifications and 61k miles. Was ordered specifically with no sunroof and no rear SUPRA sticker on back hatch.
Never had a spec of paint or body work (bring your paint gauge), and it's only on it's second set of tires. The car's condition is fantastic...it is about as nice as one of these gets. It does have some very minor flaws relegated to mostly a handful of very small paint chips on the leading edge of the front bumper / spoiler. Wheels do have some very minor pitting in the clear coat finish from the brake dust but they have zero marks. Engine and the compartment look nearly new. Interior, like the exterior, looks nearly new. Drivers seat has the lumbar pump. Headliner, dash, carpet, door panels, instrument cluster, pedals, center console, steering wheel and everything else inside look great. Original removable interior light still in center console too. Original Toyota security stickers still on the windows. The spare tire is original, the compartment and the support boards underneath look new. Undercarriage looks nearly new with all markings, undercoatings, brackets etc. as they were when delivered.
The car has been thoroughly maintained. All tools, manuals, brochures etc. included. Any third party inspection is fine with us.

Russians create Toyota Land Cruiser ice sculpture with full interior

The Toyota Land Cruiser is a pretty hot model around the world. But it took the Russians to make it cool. We have few hard, cold facts and only small slivers of information about these photos, but it seems the icy Toyota was part of the International Snow & Ice Festival in Perm, Russia.
Artists took a huge chunk of ice and shaved it down to the temporary art installation you see here. The sub-zero SUV comes complete with a full interior accessed by the (permanently frozen open) driver's side door. The steering wheel and seats look to be upholstered in, well, dirt. With the back seats removed, the frigid four-door is a pretty slick ride in which to chill out.
Just a thought, but wouldn't a Toyota Tundra have been more appropriate? See the gallery for more photos.

Toyota Recalls 1.9 Million Prius Hybrids

TOKYO (AP) - Toyota is recalling 1.9 million hybrid Prius cars globally for a software glitch that could cause the vehicle to stall. Toyota Motor Corp. said Wednesday that 997,000 Prius cars in Japan, some 713,000 in North America, another 130,000 in Europe and the rest in other regions are being recalled for a problem in the software to control the hybrid system. No accidents or injuries have been reported related to the problem. The software could cause transistors to become damaged, causing warnings lights to go off, driving power to be reduced or the car to stop. The recalled vehicles were manufactured between March 2009 and February 2014. The Japanese automaker suffered massive recalls starting in 2009, affecting more than 14 million vehicles for problems including floor mats, gas pedals and brakes. Affected vehicles include: 2010-2014 Prius vehicles, 2012 Toyota RAV4, 2012-2013 Toyota Tacoma and 2012-2013 Lexus RX 350 vehicles sold in the United States. Our staff was on the ground in Tokyo for this year's show, where we captured not just all of the latest automotive trends, but some genuinely weird and fascinating stuff.
