1975 Toyota Fj55 Landcruiser Safari Wagon 4x4 Fj 55 Iron Pig Land Cruiser Nores on 2040-cars
Annapolis, Missouri, United States
| This is a Hard to Find 1975 Toyota LandCruiser FJ-55 Safari Wagon. It has had some body work and was painted a few years ago. The clutch and Everything related is new. The Transmission Shifts Really Smooth and the 4WD Works great. The Floor is Solid, Frame is Good, Body Mounts are good. The rear Gate Handle has been relocated to the inside of the tailgate. This FJ Has not been abused and played with. We just don't get to enjoy it any more. I hope it goes to a good home. It is in good Condition for its age. I tried to take a lot of pictures to show all angles of the body and interior. It has 2 new tires on the front, the two in the rear need to be replaced. I will install a new battery for the new owner as well. The driver door has a small crease in it. Like I said, it is not perfect but would make a great FJ to have. I have a clean and clear title. This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION! Bid to Win....... Buyer is responsible for Shipping if needed. I would also assist in delivery up to 300 miles for a small fee. Thanks for Looking and God Bless! My goal is to earn your 5 Star ***** 100% Positive Feedback. Please don't forget to Leave Positive Feedback and a 5 Star Rating After you receive your Item! |

Toyota will steer clear of driverless cars
Thu, 04 Sep 2014Toyota executives say the company's primary focus is on safety. At least for the time being, that means the company won't pursue development of a driverless car.
Speaking at the company's advanced safety seminar in Ypsilanti, MI, Thursday morning, Seigo Kuzumaki, Toyota's deputy chief safety technology officer, said that Toyota envisions a future driving environment that optimizes the best of both humans and computers, not choosing one over the other.
"Toyota's main objective is safety, so it will not be developing a driverless car." - Seigo Kuzumaki
Question of the Day: Ever consider driving a minivan?
Thu, May 12 2016Since I'm supposed to know something about cars, it happens all the time: friends and relatives ask me advice about what kind of vehicle they should get. Very often, the only type of vehicle that can check every item on their wish list (e.g., hauls lots of people and stuff, gets good fuel economy, has great crash-test ratings, can take four Great Danes camping, and so on) is a modern minivan... and, of course, nobody wants to hear this. I'm not a minivan person, they will wail, and so they end up with a cramped, fuel-swilling SUV or a not-so-space-efficient minivan-in-disguise CUV. So, is it worth becoming one of those minivan people in order to get the incredible usefulness of these masterpieces of vehicle engineering, or do you hold your head high and drive something that doesn't quite meet your needs?
