I am the original owner of this vehicle. I purchased it to be used as a spare while my daughter finished college. She never used the car and the wife and I ended up using it to travel back and forth to the golf course. The trunk will hold 2 full size bags along with fold up bag carts.

Unlike so many Camry's for sale this one was not a rental car. It is a private owner vehicle that was well taken care of. The 5K mile service was done at Toyota and it will be due for the 10 K service soon.

Like all Camry's this is one quite, smooth, comfortable and fuel efficient car. It will get 25 mpg in the city all day and mid to upper 30's on the highway as well.

I have had no issues whatsoever with this car- no recalls and no mechanical problems.

In the interest of full disclosure the car was involved in a minor fender bender. The other vehicle pulled out of a store without looking and glanced off the drivers side rear door denting it. No structural damage, no air bag deployment or even glass breakage, just minor damage which was all professionally repaired at the other drivers expense. I have all documents to include police report and insurance repair order to prove just how minor this was.

Other than what is described above there are 2 minor imperfections on the car. 1 small knick in the front bumper and 1 small knick in the rear bumper. I have photo'd these items and they can be seen in the pictures.

I am not in any financial bind and I do not have to sell this car so please no lowball offers, I simply will not respond to them. I have set a reasonable reserve taking into consideration the minor accident it was in.

The car will be available for inspection at any time during the auction. Please come and look at it as you will not be disappointed.

Check my feedback and bid with confidence. I have sold some of my other vehicles thru E-Bay and all of them went off without a problem, this one will be no different.

The vehicle has a bank lien in place. This will have to be satisfied prior to the title release. Please plan accordingly.

Regardless of the payment method used to complete transaction the vehicle does not leave my possession until all funds have cleared both banks, yours and mine- no exceptions.

Camatte concept puts the Toy back in Toyota [w/videos]

It's been two years since Toyota first revealed its Camatte show car at the Tokyo Toy Show. Though sadly never destined for production, Toyota brought the concept back the following year as the Camatte 57s roadster, and is now returning to the same show with yet another take on the kid-friendly, configurable 1+2 with interchangeable body panels - this time with a slew of features that are fresh not only to the concept itself, but to the industry altogether.
This year the Camatte is being showcased in two forms: a bare chassis in the Tech Lab that lets kids see the inner workings of a modern automobile, and another in the Design Lab that lets kids draw their own motif for the concept that is then displayed on an LED hood.
The overall approach reminds us of the way Toyota's budget brand Daihatsu unveiled the Kopen roadster concept at the Tokyo Motor Show late last year, only even more kid-focused and decidedly more light-hearted than you might otherwise expect from one of the largest industrial giants in the world, and could only have been made for a toy exposition. Supra successor may be all-electric sourced from Tesla; MR2 returning too?

Rumors of a revival of the Toyota Supra and MR2 have been swirling for years right up until just this week when high-level Toyota employees all but confirmed their return.
But now The Detroit Bureau has put together news from different sources suggesting that the next Supra might be all electric. The report cites recent comments from Toyota senior executives hinting at plans to work with Tesla on a new joint project. The FT-HS Concept (shown above) seems a logical inspiration for a new Supra.
And on the other side of the equation is Tesla's design chief Franz von Holzhausen who was quoted last year saying his company was looking at its next project, probably a sports car, that would follow next year's intro of the Model X. He went on to suggest the car would compete directly with BMW's 3 Series, which, in coupe form, could be a worthy competitor to a Supra as well.

Santa swaps his sleigh for a Ferrari-powered Toyota

A Ferrari-powered Toyota 86 is sure to garner a bit of attention, as well it should. We've been paying attention throughout this build, so it should be no surprise then that Santa did as well. He's ditched his red sleigh for the Gumout GT4586 in this video. If you've been following along, you know that Ryan Tuerck and Gumout built this completely bonkers machine that's far more exciting than some previous Japanese/Italian mash-up automobiles. Donut Media has been doing their part to document and promote every stage of the process. This new video is filled with the gratuitous amounts of lights, noise, and tire smoke that Donut is known for. We don't know the conversion from horsepower to reindeerpower, but the GT4586 should provide plenty of oomph for Santa's Christmas trek.
