Winning Bidder must pay a 10% or $200 (whichever is greater) Non-Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of Winning Bid.- No Exceptions. The balance is due within seven (7) days after auction closure. If the Buyer is unwilling to complete the sale due to a typographical or factual error, Buyer shall be entitled to reimbursement for a maximum of $25.00 in out of pocket expenses.
