For sale is my 1990 Toyota Supra mk3 non turbo 7mge 5spd manual in pristine condition. This car has absolutely no issues at all. It is white with navy interior. The interior is spotless, no rips or tears anywhere. Everything works. All gauges, Automatic climate control, flip up lights, ice cold AC, heat, stereo, 12 way adjustable seat, power windows power mirrors, etc it is all there and perfectly operational. Anyone who knows about supra's knows these were the luxury Toyota of their day. It also has an aftermarket alarm system installed as well as power locks with remote.
Original 16" white rims with 90% tread 255 tires (great tread)
The paint is in great shape for being 23 years old it looks amazing
NO RUST at all
It has 143,xxx original miles, However it only has 3000 miles on a brand new head gasket job where nothing was overlooked. Head decked and washed (.012") Metal head gasket, ARP bolts, intake gaskets, gromets, hoses, water pump, timing belt and tensioner, serp belt, etc, and of course new fluids. It has always had 5w30 full synthetic oil and k&n oil filters. It also has a newer battery and alternator. The clutch was replaced at 100,000 miles.
This car starts up, idles, and drives like a dream, it is in perfect condition.
The car currently has a cold air intake and full exhaust system installed. I also have the original intake and exhaust which I could install if you wish. However in it's current form it sounds amazing (not too loud at all, just right)
It also has a 4.30LSD rear differential installed from a turbo mk3 supra. I have the original open 4.30 diff as well.
Overall the car is in immaculate condition with no issues cosmetically or mechanically at all. The only problem is a slight ding near the drivers side door handle. The handle still functions fine and everything, you can see it in the picture, it's no big deal. It is ready to start up and drive in style wherever you wish.
The reason I am selling it is because I'm in college and I need the money right now so unfortunately it has to go.
I can get more pics if you are interested.
I am located in Decatur, Indiana (20 miles south of Fort Wayne).
Please feel free to call or text me at 260-223-8279. Thank you.

Toyota's car subscription service rewards you for safe driving
Tue, Feb 5 2019Toyota has teamed up with Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Service Company to launch a new car subscription service with gamification elements in Japan. The program is called Kinto, and it'll offer two tiers: the first, called Kinto One, will allow you to drive one Toyota vehicle over a three-year period for anywhere between $420 and $900 a month. When the tier becomes available on March 1st, you can choose from the available Prius, Corolla Sport, Alphard, Vellfire and Crown models. The other tier called Kinto Select will give you the power to drive one of the available Lexus-branded vehicles for $1,630 a month for three years. Now, what truly makes Kinto potentially more interesting than other leasing services is a rewards program that awards points based on how well you drive. Toyota didn't really expound on how it will work, other than saying that it will "award points to customers based on their vehicle usage (such as for safe or ecological driving)." As TechCrunch notes, the assumption is that the vehicle's in-car connected system will come with the ability to monitor your driving. Best thing about it is that the points you earn aren't useless rewards you can't even use: you'll be able to apply them toward payments. Kinto's Select option will be available starting on February 6th, almost a full month before the more affordable Kinto One launches. Both will be available via select dealers in Tokyo on a trial basis, and they won't officially roll out across Japan until summer. The points program won't be available until fall, when Kinto One's options will also expand. Unfortunately, there's no word on whether Kinto will eventually roll out in the US and other markets outside Toyota's home nation. For more information on Vehicle Subscription Services, check out the Complete Guide.Reporting by Mariella Moon for Engadget.Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. 8 automakers, 15 utilities collaborate on open smart-charging for EVs
Thu, Jul 31 2014We're going to lead with General Motors here. GM is one of eight automakers working with 15 utilities and the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) at developing a "smart" plug-in vehicle charging system. Why did we start with GM? Because it's the first automaker whose press release we read that mentioned the other seven automakers. Points for sharing. For the record, the collaboration also includes BMW, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Chrysler, Mitsubishi and Ford. The utilities include DTE Energy, Duke Energy, Southern California Edison and Pacific Gas & Electric. The idea is to develop a so-called "demand charging" system in which an integrated system lets the plug-ins and utilities communicate with each other so that vehicle charging is cut back at peak hours, when energy is most expensive, and ramped up when the rates drop. Such entities say there's a sense of urgency to develop such a system because the number of plug-in vehicles on US roads totals more than 225,000 today and is climbing steadily. There's a lot of technology involved, obviously, but the goal is to have an open platform that's compatible with virtually any automaker's plug-in vehicle. No timeframe was disclosed for when such a system could go live but you can find a press release from EPRI below. EPRI, Utilities, Auto Manufacturers to Create an Open Grid Integration Platform for Plug-in Electric Vehicles PALO ALTO, Calif. (July 29, 2014) – The Electric Power Research Institute, 8 automakers and 15 utilities are working to develop and demonstrate an open platform that would integrate plug-in electric vehicles (PEV) with smart grid technologies enabling utilities to support PEV charging regardless of location. The platform will allow manufacturers to offer a customer-friendly interface through which PEV drivers can more easily participate in utility PEV programs, such as rates for off-peak or nighttime charging. The portal for the system would be a utility's communications system and an electric vehicle's telematics system. As the electric grid evolves with smarter functionality, electric vehicles can serve as a distributed energy resource to support grid reliability, stability and efficiency. With more than 225,000 plug-in vehicles on U.S. roads -- and their numbers growing -- they are likely to play a significant role in electricity demand side management.
Toyota getting into 3D printing with i-Road in Tokyo
Mon, May 11 2015Think of it as Pimp My Ride for the Japanese green concept car set. Toyota is further publicizing its funky, really skinny, leaning i-Road electric concept vehicle by putting on a contest that, among other things, encourages folks to customize parts of the car's surface via 3D printing. Hey, it is a really small car. Toyota's Open Road Project in Tokyo, which will last about a year and will let about 100 participants work with 10 vehicles, also includes a component that lets contestants find the most creative parking spots by seeking out "small unused spaces with access to plug sockets" (we're sure Tokyo is full of them). What grabbed us, though, was the possibility of printing out panels for a three-wheeled car that's less than eight feet long and less than three feet wide. Earlier this year, we reported that Toyota would add five i-Road vehicles to a Tokyo carsharing pilot project. Toyota's unusual promotions for the admittedly unusual concept two-seater date back to early 2013, when the Japanese automaker featured a video of four i-Roads dancing their way through a sun-kissed Mediterranean village. Meantime, take a look at Toyota's press release below, and get more information on the project here.
