I've personally owned seven Toyota Supra's. My knowledge and experience with these particular vehicles is very extensive. So feel free to ask me any questions about this vehicle. Please if you have a bunch of questions just send me an Email.
This particular supra was built to be a reliable and fun daily driver. With all the factory creature comforts and no worries of engine/transmission issues like the original factory installed 7M-GTE Engine. But there are plenty of performance upgrades available in the aftermarket for this engine/transmission and chassis if you so desire.
Exterior- Pearl White with Silver Trim. Factory Paint. Paint is in average condition. Still has a nice pearl shimmer. Front bumper has a gouge on Right side. Rear bumper has a couple of scratches. Targa top has a dent. Overall the body is straight. Correct JDM 2.5 Twin Turbo Grille badge. Rare Item from Toyota. Wipers are all new work and properly front and rear. Washer jets also work front and rear. Clean windshield, No cracks Targa top still opens and closes properly. Targa bolts are in great condition along with the seals. Targa mounts in hatch are also in good condition. No accidents. Clean Carfax history.

Aluminum Intercooler Piping. Greddy Type-S Blow Off Valve. Stock Boost Level 10psi. Currently Averaging 23mpg Highway/City Mix

Recent Battery also. Slightly larger upgraded battery. Alternator has warranty from Oreilly Auto Parts.
New NGK Spark Plugs. Correct Turbo heat range plugs.
Engine Swap was performed correctly. You would think this engine came stock in this car. All the factory Gauges work(Speedo, Tachometer, Boost Gauge and Oil Pressure Gauge). Check Engine light works, battery light works.ETC... Air Conditioning works(Not Freezing but it is cold) and the factory A/C Condenser Electric Fan works with the A/C on. Power Steering also works.
Stock supra turbo exhaust with Catalytic converter. Recently passed Texas State Emissions Inspection with no issues. Completely quiet operation.
Interior- Front seats are in great condition. Drivers seat has a small tear on cushion. Front Seats have been recovered by the previous owner. They are a leatherette. Very smooth and soft. All windows and door locks operate correctly. Steering wheel, parking brake boot and armrests do have wear from old age. Original Floor Mats in great condition.
Original Toyota Factory Radio is still installed and operating correctly. All speakers have been replaced with quality aftermarket speakers.

Toyota's Mirai fuel cell car gets its own special showroom
Wed, Apr 15 2015If the car's unique, the showroom better be as well. That's the approach Toyota is taking with the Mirai, its first production hydrogen fuel-cell electric vehicle. In fact, the model is getting its own special showroom starting this Friday. The Japanese automaker is opening the showroom in Tokyo. The facility takes up two floors totaling about 1,800 square feet and, from the pictures, it looks to have a very Zen-like quality. Toyota will be displaying one Mirai vehicle and will have another vehicle available for public test drives available every Friday. Toyota started selling the Mirai in Japan late last year and has announced plans to debut the car in the US – starting in California – this fall at a base price of $57,500, or a lease option of $499 a month for 36 months ($3,649 is due at signing). Earlier this year, Toyota said it was going to bump production to 2,000 vehicles next year (and 3,000 in 2017) from 700 units this year. With such a ramp-up in store, Toyota will spend about $170 million increasing production capacity of the fuel-cell vehicle. That total probably doesn't take into account the stylish new Tokyo showroom. Located within a hydrogen station operated by Iwatani Corporation in Tokyo's Minato Ward, the space will serve as a hub for sharing information on fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen, with the aim of promoting a hydrogen-based society. In addition to having one Mirai on display and another for test drives, the showroom will use videos and other media to raise awareness about the features of the vehicle, the benefits of hydrogen and more. Toyota Mirai officially first hydrogen-powered pace car
Sun, Apr 26 2015In addition to the chance to see bumper-to-bumper racing in a unique atmosphere, the roar of V8 engines is one of the things that compel people to attend NASCAR events, rather than watching them from the couch on TV. The front end of the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond International Raceway was a whole lot quieter, though, because the 2016 Toyota Mirai made its debut as a pace car there. Outfitted with a light bar and a special livery, the Mirai became the first hydrogen fuel cell vehicle to ever pace a NASCAR race and led the cars to the green flag for Saturday night's Sprint Cup round. The sedan was tested prior to the event to prove it had the performance required to lead the 43-car field. "Bringing the Mirai to Richmond to pace this important race is another way for Toyota to showcase our innovation and environmental leadership," Ed Laukes, company vice president of marketing, performance, and guest experience, said. There's some precedent for Toyota to show off its green credentials to the NASCAR audience. In 2009, a Camry Hybrid paced the Coca-Cola 600. The automaker's fuel cell tech already had a maiden motorsport outing, too. Late last year, the FCV Concept, which previewed the Mirai, was the zero car to check the roads for the Shinshiro Rally in Japan. TOYOTA MIRAI TAKES TO THE TRACK 23/04/15 Mirai Will Pace Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Mirai Is First Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle to Pace a NASCAR Race RICHMOND, VA. (April 23, 2015) – Toyota today announced the 2016 Toyota Mirai, a hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle, will pace the Toyota Owners 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway on Saturday night, April 25. Today's approval allows the Mirai to serve as the first hydrogen-fueled vehicle to pace a NASCAR race. It will lead the Sprint Cup Series field to the green flag at Richmond on Saturday night and emit only water out of its tailpipe along the way. "Having a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle pace the Toyota Owners 400 is a historic moment for both Toyota and NASCAR and we're proud it's the Toyota Mirai," said Ed Laukes, vice president of marketing, performance and guest experience, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A.
Ex-Toyota Bill Reinert still in favor of hybrids, against EVs
Mon, Oct 6 2014Former Toyota executive Bill Reinert is so unsold on electric vehicles as a viable advanced-powertrain option for future transportation that he has praised – gasp – Ford, for its downsized internal combustion engines. Reinert was a key player in developing Toyota's original Prius hybrid and, in an interview published in Yale University's Environment 360 blog, said a hybrid that gets 60 miles per gallon is superior to an electric vehicle. "And that is why you will be seeing more fuel cells in the future." – Bill Reinert Reinert went on to praise the advances that automakers have made in improving fuel economy of fossil fuel vehicles, specifically namechecking Ford and its three-cylinder Ecoboost engine. He also has good things to say about both hydrogen fuel-cell electric technology as well as natural gas vehicles, but admits that limited fueling infrastructure will keep those types of vehicles in the margins for the near future. He also says that hydrogen vehicles aren't that great yet but that, "When most [manufacturers] investigate the two technologies [H2 and EVs], they see that FVCs offer more room for performance improvement and cost reduction potential. And that is why you will be seeing more fuel cells in the future." As far as pure electric, Reinert says lithium-ion batteries have "tremendous shortcomings" and talks about battery degradation, substandard performance in hot weather and, of course, limited single-charge driving range. He also says that people need to factor in the environmental impact of producing electricity for the grid to fully gauge how environmentally beneficial EVs can be. We'd like to take him and Tesla Motors Chief Elon Musk to what we think would be a spirited lunch. You can read the whole interview with Reinert here.
