1.  Out-of-state buyers are responsible for inventory tax and a documentation fee ($125), a $28.75 State Inspection Fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .001689 of the purchase price.

2.  Texas residents are responsible for sales tax, inventory tax, registration/title transfer, and a documentation fee.

3.  Our document and dealer services fees are collected by Rubio’s Auto Sales and are not required by law.

4.  A $500 deposit must be made within 24 hours of auction close with the remaining balance paid within 5 days unless other arrangements are made.

5.  Acceptable methods of payment for the deposit are cash in person, PayPal, or cashier's check.

6.  Acceptable methods of payment for the balance are cash in person, PayPal, or cashier's check.

7.  All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Travis County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Travis County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Travis County, Texas.

8.  It is agreed by all parties in relations to any transactions involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be Travis County, Texas.

9.  Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly do to local test-driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing.

10.       Before bidding, you must have funds readily available or be pre-qualified.

11.       Seller reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time.

12.       We can provide complimentary pick-up service at airport. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.
