2010 Camry XLE

Car has Iowa Salvage title.  Car purchased directly from Insurance company, we towed it in.  Stored inside, has not been out in rain, has not been wet inside.  Car was very nice before someone blew a stop light and ran into the side of it.

Beautiful Black Color, Tan leather heated seats.  V6  Totally loaded, push button start.  Smart key.  Car starts right up and drives around.  Cannot be driven legally on streets with Salvage title.

Car will need at least the following.  right side doors, right side "b" pillar and rocker section.  Curtain air bags blown.  No airbags in seats, so nothing blown there.  Seats have pressure on them from doors, they should be ok, Interior door panels broken, Head liner ripped in 2 small areas where Curtain airbag came out.  We do have outer skin of right rear door with door handle on it, it is in the trunk.  Has stress on right rear QTR.  Roof shows some stress by moon roof.  Please look at pics.  Right front fender ok. A good frame shop could pull it and section in rocker panel and "b" pillar.   Front air bags ok.  Door glass broken, windshield is ok.

Very Very nice car for a rebuilder, local car to us, bought at local Toyota dealer brand new.  Never been to salvage sale and forked around by loader.

We are a Iowa dealer, Car for sale locally.  We can haul it to local truck stop for transporter if needed.

Car sold as-is where is, no warranties expressed or implied.

Raising A White Flag To The Competition
We all benefit from highly competitive battles. In the automotive sector, few campaigns are so closely fought as the decades-long struggle for supremacy in the fullsize half-ton pickup truck segment. The Ford F-150 has dominated for ages, but Chevrolet, Ram and GMC have been closing the gap with freshly redesigned trucks that are rocking the industry.
Today's half-ton trucks are better than they've ever been, and we have fierce competition to thank for that.

Meet the Most Elegant Automobile, and it's for sale

Sat, 08 Jun 2013

Alright, so maybe "most elegant" is a bit of a stretch, but we feel safe in calling the 1992 Toyota Paseo in the video below an "automobile." High praise, we know. Still, it's clear someone loves the awkward little coupe enough to produce a hilarious video to sell the thing. Henry Floyd worked up a quick parody of the over-the-top luxury car ads we all know and loathe, and while the finished product is a little skimpy on details like price or location, it certainly doesn't hold back on the exposition.
Hell, if we didn't already have a parade of horrible ideas floating around our collective driveways, we might even be convinced to give this little heap a new home. You can check out the ad for yourself below, just don't be surprised if you find yourself with a burning desire to own a Paseo.

How Toyota's neighbor delayed 23,000 of its deliveries

Thu, 17 Jul 2014

Don't you just hate when your neighbors' mess becomes your problem? Toyota certainly has good reason to be upset, after an dirty mishap at a steel mill delayed thousands of vehicle exports from its nearby port in Nagoya, Japan, (pictured above) by as much as a month.
The messy situation occurred on June 22 when the mill near the port lost power and had to burn off an excess buildup of coke oven gas - which isn't exactly a situation friendly to living beings or the environment. According to Automotive News, it caused a massive amount of smoke to emit from the plant that fell as soot and tar on about 23,000 vehicles that were waiting to be shipped out. Getting the models properly cleaned off has been quite a task. A team of 5,000 workers were at the port until this week getting them gleaming again.
Potential Toyota buyers in North America have no need to fret about getting a sullied car, though. A Toyota spokesperson told Automotive News that none of the vehicles were bound for this continent. The automaker is reportedly considering asking the mill's owners for reimbursement for the cost of the weeks of cleanup. Paying for the mistake is, after all, the neighborly thing to do.
