For sale is a SWP 2011 Subaru STi with stock navi package and sub under the driver seat. I am the second owner purchased with 14,700 miles and now it has 24k on the odometer with clean title in hand. It is my daily driver so the miles will go up slightly until its sold. Oil has been changed every 3k miles with Rotella T6 and napa gold filters and has a fresh oil change that was done less than 100 miles ago. I have never had any problems and it is a very fast and fun car to drive. It has blizzak snow tires that have only been used for two seasons and really make the car stick in the snow. Mods include Defi red racer boost gauge, rally armor mud flaps, oem rims painted black rims with blizzak tires, kartboy short shifter with bushings, and black R205 STi side badges The interior is super clean without any problems and I clay bar and wax two times a year and wash it whenever it gets dirty. The Bad: Small quarter sized dent in the drivers side passenger door from someone opening their door and hitting my car There was a chip in the paint on the passenger side front fender above the wheel that the dealer I bought the car from put some cover up paint on The first owner had the stock rims painted black and some are chipping a bit (below is picture of worst area) None of these things are major I'm just listing everything I can think of no matter how small I am sure I am forgetting some stuff so if you have any questions email, text, or call Tyler 970-four zero six-0283 **No trades** |

Ride along with Mark Higgins for a record-setting lap
Mon, Jun 27 2016Earlier this month, driver Mark Higgins, Subaru of America, and Prodrive broke their own record on the Isle of Man's Snaefell Mountain Course by setting a time of 17 minutes, 35 seconds. The attempt was approximately two minutes better than their previous record, which was set with a time of 19 minutes, 26 seconds. Now, Subaru has released the full, hairy in-car video of the record-setting lap that is narrated by Higgins himself. Listening to Higgins' 550-hp Subaru WRX STI scream to over 170 miles per hour is the best cure for a case of the Mondays, while watching the driver navigate over the course's less-than-perfect road will surely cause some anxiety. It may be a 20-minute long video, but every minute is filled with nail-biting moments and listening to Higgins' thought process through the course is mesmerizing. Incredibly, Higgins managed an average lap speed of 128.73 mph. And while that may seem impossible for mere mortals to match, Higgins believes he can go even faster. Subaru will surely be back with another WRX STI next year, but it's hard to fathom a car being able to go any faster around the Isle of Man. Related Video:
Subaru gunning for 500,000 US sales by 2015
Fri, 20 Sep 2013For the last four years in a row, Subaru has experienced incredible sales growth including record sales of 336,441 units in 2012. This trend is all but guaranteed to continue this year with 281,652 on the books so far, but Automotive News is reporting the automaker has no plans of slowing down anytime soon.
The report says that Subaru is gunning for around 500,000 sales in the US by 2015, which doesn't seem like too far of a stretch considering 2013 sales totals are expected to top 400,000 units. Through August, Subaru's sales are up 29.3 percent compared to 2012, thanks to popular models like the Forester, Outback and, surprisingly, the WRX.
A new WRX is headed for an LA Auto Show reveal while an all-new Legacy is due out next year, and AN adds that Subaru is planning to significantly increase its media spending next year and start production of the Impreza sedan in the US in 2016.
Subaru celebrates 4-millionth vehicle built in Indiana
Mon, 02 Sep 2013Subaru has produced its four-millionth vehicle at its Lafayette, Indiana factory. The Deep Indigo Blue 2014 Outback is pictured above, alongside the very first Subaru to leave the Lafayette facility, a first-generation Legacy. Formally known as Subaru of Indiana Automotive, SIA opened its doors in 1989 and currently produces the Outback, Forester and Tribeca for Subaru, in addition to the Toyota Camry.
The plant, which was originally a joint venture between Subaru and Isuzu, has produced nine different models for four different manufacturers over the years, and is getting ready to add a tenth as Impreza production will be coming to SIA. Subaru announced plans to move Impreza production to Indiana when it made a $400-million investment in the facility earlier this year. As production continues, the Lafayette Journal-Courier reports that SIA will produce another million units by the end of 2017.
